This left me feeling dismissed and frustrated. I understand that everyone has their responsibilities, but small gestures of courtesy--like relaying a customer's request--make a big difference in how the service experience feels. I wish the pharmacy staff were as pleasant and honest to work with. You should also check your meds every time because they change manufacturers without notice. This is a dangerous practice especially when it concerns an injectable that is in a same color, same size bottle. Lesson learned. It required an ER visit and a couple of weeks on meds first but, it has been learned. It was just one bad experience after another.
