I used to go to this store but it has not been the same this year. Terrible customer service and the manager did not care to help.

Always understaffed It is impossible to call them and get anyone on the phone. You call and wait for hours. Last time I wanted to check if they finished my prescription, I had to drive there because no one answered the phone. Horrible experience. They paid billions in legal fees and penalties because they screwed up and now they are making their customers pay for it. Nest if they close and let another better managed pharmacy open for business. read more

I have been going to this CVS for years. They have always worked with me if you work with them. When I have a RX and it's higher than I expected they allow me to use coupons, Good RX app or whatever. They pharmacist or any of the staff has ever been rude. They can only charge you what you give them. If medications are not readily available then you might have to wait or go to a another pharmacist. When I see negative reviews especially with this particular store I wonder how was the customer attitude. Be kind and kindness will be given. Smile and people will smile back. Say thank you and people will say thank you. People want kindness but don't want to show it. I was taught you get more flies with honey than vinegar and that's anywhere you go. read more

This CVS is okay, and that's giving it more credit than it deserves. Service is incredibly slow. Even worse, the staff will walk up to the drive-thru window and quickly avoid eye contact so you get your hopes up that someone is going to assist you only to be shunned. Once we were finally helped, the woman was friendly and quickly assisted us. Our doctor sent the medication to the wrong pharmacy so she helped us get our insurance info in the system and turned what would've been a $300 bill into $30. Picking up meds took 15mins so this place needs to step up their game. read more

My wife had our baby 8 days ago and we we went to pick up medicine we needed. The in titled pharmacist told me my pharmacy card was a coupon card while giggling. Needless to say he was no help. Insurance called the pharmacy after I left and helped him do his job. Apparently the customer service rep over the phone is more qualified. read more

This CVS location I was waiting in line in the drive-through Getting tested for Covid. I know the pharmacies all around are doing the best they can as being as fast as they can do the covid crisis. I made appointment online. But ended up waiting a hour for my app. The clerk was very friendly and professional. Nice as he could be. Some of the holdup was having to verify insurance information. The process and procedure is actually very easy. And my brother went he had no wait time. So I guess it varies. But I'm giving them a four star because the healthcare system right now everybody's doing their best. read more

I have never had more issues with a pharmacy in my life than I had with the CVS Pharmacy on Stacy/Angel. Back story: I had a misprint on my insurance card. While I was waiting for a new card I still needed my prescription. On January 9, I picked up one of my prescriptions and was understandably charged the full amount of $### because my insurance card didn't work. I returned within one week with my receipt and reprinted insurance card to get my refund, per their policy...but I was told the prescription I just picked up was not on file! After some back and forth and talking to the managers, I returned to CVS on February 2 and was refunded the $### but needed to pay a copay for the insurance card, okay fine. Thought it was all settled. I just called today to ask if my next month's refill was ready and was told that according to their computer system, I allegedly picked up my prescription on February 2, which I did not do! Because the January prescription is not in their system, they illegally gave me that prescription and are now denying me February's prescription to cover their own booties! I have the prescription and the receipts to prove it, but I am probably going to be SOL and will have to go without my prescription for a month nonetheless. Oh, and the lady answering the phone to talk to me about it hung up on me. read more

The pharmacy is terrible. The pharmacist is rude, contrive and internally burdened with frustrations on how CVS allocates staff to the work load. They have intentionally not used my insurance and add a coupon code instead. I get no credit for paying towards my deductible. They also refuse to give me name brand. Every time I pick up it's generic and we hold up the line to make them give me name brand which is Doctor ordered and on the script. read more

Don't bother printing pictures in store. The machine will potentially break and the manager will huff and puff about helping you. The cashier Elias was very kind, apologetic, and helpful. The female manager working was rude and pretty much blamed us on the machine problem saying we didn't bother to pick up the picture. It was found laying in the machine... I don't work for this store I'm not going to open the machine up and look for the problem. The machine said it's out of ribbon and to get a worker. Just do yourself a favor and go down the street to Walgreens for picture prints. read more

We came in this evening at about 9:15, and they close at 10. My son has a pretty bad ear infection, and we needed to start the medication as soon as possible. They were so nice and accommodating, and got everything done for us within about 10 minutes. Brandon specifically was the one that we initially spoke with, and the one that checked us out. He was so sweet, and helped us in every way he could. I wish I could remember the other gentleman's name (I believe he was the pharmacist), but his customer service was outstanding as well. He took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. Will definitely go back when the time comes to fill another prescription! read more

Horrible pharmacy service. First a family member picked up a prescription and the tech charged me for it as an uninsured and did not verify insurance or address. The next day post op surgery I was able to get the refund back and dropped off a controlled substance prescription. Told me to come back 30 minutes to 1 hour later. Came back 2 hours later and was told that it still was not ready and to come back in 30 minutes. This is the most inconvenient experience I've ever had in CVS. Please fix this. read more

1. Never thought I'd be leaving a review on a PHARMACY because you'd just assume you drop off a prescription, pick it up, and service doesn't really matter. 2. I really wish I could give negative stars because the experience I had a few weeks ago was such a nightmare I've boycotted all CVS as a whole. 3. This review is going to be somewhat lengthy, but definitely worth it so that this doesn't happen to someone else. A week ago I picked my mother up (who's just had 5 back surgeries and is already paralyzed from the waist down) from the hospital to take her home. The hospital called in her muscle relaxers, antibiotics, and pain Meds, but informed her she would be unable to pick these up without the actual paper prescription (understandable). We pull up to the pharmacy around 8:40 (they close at 9), and a young girl assists us. She comes back with only 1 prescription and my mother explains that the rest were called in and gives her the paper prescription. The young girl goes and grabs an older gentlemen, the pharmacist, and explains the situation. The pharmacist very abrasively tells us that he never received the call and is unable to fill these prescriptions without a paper prescription (which he was holding in his hand). My mom asks if he can do it now since he has the papers and he says no, they're closing. (They did not close until 9). He gives ONE script back, and keeps the other. We don't realize this until we pull out of the drive thru so I walk in to get it, overhear him and the young girl completely disrespecting my mother, ask for it back, and am told "I'm not giving it back because you guys can't just keep going pharmacy to pharmacy trying to get pain Meds". Mind you.... we never received the original prescription. So not only did he make my mother WHO NEEDS THIS PAIN MEDICATION feel guilty and terrible, he also kept her prescription and she is STILL without what she needs... and too scared to ask with fears she'll NOW look like an addict. This was by far the most disrespectful thing I have ever seen at a pharmacy and would HIGHLY suggest never using them. Their staff are unprofessional, rude, and downright hateful.. all because he wanted to go home and was on a power trip. read more

I hate CVS! The customer service is horrible! The only reason that I use the pharmacy is because my health insurance demands the use of CVS. I do not understand how the customer service can be so horrible, but time and time again I have issues, that I should not have when using this location. I have to do refills at CVS but I will no longer do medications that are a one time fill. read more

Charlene at this location is amazing! I was filling a Rx for my son which turned out to be very expensive. She was so patient and friendly. She helped me work through coupons to get the cost down 75%! I've always gone to this location out of convenience, now I will go for Charlene. Also, the pharmacist gives very painfree flu shots. read more
