Living in Grafton, I normally go to Millbury CVS as it's like night and day, but when you need a prescription quickly, you're forced to go local.... but the experience you get is terrible. Prescriptions take forever to be filled and sometimes you get a call/text that it's ready and sometimes you don't. They're supposed to open at 9:00, but especially at the drive thru, it's like 9:10 before you get someone to assist you. If you can avoid this location ... best that you do. Instead of addressing the issue, she took my prescription back after I'd already paid for it and said if I didn't move and come into the store, she would call the police. Monday morning, 45mins before my pickup, you report there's a delay because it's out of stock...then 3. Never give an estimate on how long or an update on it 4. Thursday I check the app or online for a status...only to find out that it was CANCELED! I call the "local #" only to get connected to someone who is working remotely from somewhere & I ask questions. He says he can put it right in & have it ready for Saturday pickup (by the way, that would be 1wk since I requested it). I asked why it was canceled in the 1st place? He checks & tells me it was an insurance issue. I asked why I wasn't notified instead of someone just cancelling my script? He couldn't answer (of course, like always, it's the nobody who does all this stuff with your scripts!)...then 5. I get transferred to the REAL local store # & speak to a woman with an attitude. I tell her the whole thing over again. Of course, she doesn't know who canceled & why I wasn't notified. I gave her the insurance info (which I had already inputted into their system when I received the new card MONTHS ago). I asked for estimate for my pickup. She says it's up to insurance & it could be that night. 6. Friday I picked it up. 6 days after I requested it. What if this was a vital medicine that regulates blood pressure, heart rate, heart rhythm, clotting, diuretic, blood sugar, hormones, mood, organ rejection, asthma, infection, pain & etc?! Mine is for PAIN, a muscle relaxer! And no, for anyone thinking, I didn't wait till my script ran out, I had a few days left. This pharmacy is NOTORIOUS for playing games with people's prescriptions & this is not the first time they have done it with me. I've had them do this with other medications in the above categories listed. The longest time I was given the run around (nothing to do with insurance, but their ORDERING & STOCKING), was 3WKS! And because it was a schedule II, they REFUSED to transfer the script ELECTRONICALLY to another one of THEIR locations who had it in stock!!! THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!!! He was the same way. The newest pharmacist is curt, rude and talks down to customers. She doesn't get to know anyone and is slow. Sonia, a pharmacy Tech is even more rude. I filed a complaint with Walgreens Co because of my interactions with her. My family experienced the same awful service. She has zero tact, horrible personal skills and customer service via phone and in person and She too talks down to customers. I'm horrified that these two women work at our "neighborhood " pharmacy. If it wasn't for Anna, we'd take our business elsewhere.

When I finished the transaction I walked up to the counter where the associate said no outside trash and let her know that there was a drink on top of the ATM and she might want to take care of that. I was still holding the trash I walked in with in my hand. My son wanted to shop for a small treat there but I told him no. We could shop at another store. If I could give zero stars I would. Please work on your training-customer service so it is consistent. I felt like this was personal because of the discrepancy and like you aren't focused on store upkeep since there was visible outside trash right inside the entrance.
