I can't speak to the selection or if there's a showroom as I already knew the brand & color of the prefab quartz slab I wanted for my 6' x 20"d dry bar. I needed a notch cut out on the front corner for curtains to tuck into and a hole for a countertop outlet extension. Oscar provided a quote right away, I didn't have to wait days or follow up. Luckily my job wasn't too small for him! He came out right away to measure the space and installed 2 days later. The curtain cubby has a nice, finished edge and he did a great job rounding the exposed corner. Veining on the backsplash continues from the counter, which I wasn't expecting. He took the time to come with us to various vendors to look at slabs that would be ideal for our kitchen. He was patient with us as we were very selective about the design of the natural stone. It's quite a long process. Once the stone was selected Julio and his team handled the rest of the process: picking it up/ fabrication, and install. Any piece that we were not happy with, the team would take the stone back until it was perfect. The value and quality of workmanship was excellent. My stone feels like a masterpiece and I enjoy cleaning my kitchen countertops. Ultra Countertops didn't just do a kitchen remodel, they worked with us, saw our vision, listened to us, and most importantly the work they did will have an impact/impression/great memories of guests / family coming to our house. So when Johnny came by he noticed a lot of "mickey mouse" things the flipper did to the house, dishwasher in the wrong place, sink not in the center, etc. So we ended up changing our lay out to be the correct way.
