I've struggled with nutrition since childhood. At first called a picky eater, eventually diagnosed with ARFID. I've tried eating healthier many times in my adult life. I start a program, I do well for a bit, then I quit.
Working with Jocelyn at CV Wellbeing has been beyond wonderful. There aren't even words for how great it is to work with her. She's kind and compassionate, but also motivating. At my second session, when I reported how I'd done during the week, I told her "I wanted to do well, because I didn't want to disappoint you." Which is true. She's the type of person you want to do well for. And she celebrates my wins with me, and pushes me to do better when I don't win.
She's the exact right type of person I need for this journey. A motivating, funny, personable, supportive partner.
CV Wellbeing has been behind the scenes of it all, silently handling the boring aspects of my relationship with Jolene. I've never had a problem scheduling, I've never had issues with insurance or payments. I've never had unnecessary phone calls or text messages. CV Wellbeing is there, in the background, and I know if I ever needed them, they'd be there. But Jolene is so wonderful that I've never needed anyone else there.
