We had our session via google meet which I had never used before, but it was very easy to use and the video/audio quality was very clear and did not cut out at all. Using the information I submitted on my intake form, he did a comprehensive review of my current diet, activity level, medications, and addressed any other concerns I had noted. He helped me set personal goals that are attainable and helped me create a plan to achieve those goals. It was very personalized, as he tailored it to what I enjoy/am comfortable with doing. Matt is a great listener and maintained a very calm approach. It was so easy to talk to him! He sent me my personalized plans on how to reach my goals after our video session. On Saturday I helped my husband move an item that was too heavy for me. Midway through the chore, I…read morefelt my back and let go on my right side. My back was in immediate pain and I was unable to do much of anything the rest of the day as well as on Sunday. As I compensated for my back, I also strained my wrist on the same side. I knew about Kristi's post-accident sessions and connected with her on Monday morning. After one session, the entire right side of my face became un-clenched (and "unlocked" -- those with TMJ will know what I'm talking about). I cannot believe the huge improvement. I will definitely be going back to Wildwood Medicine (continued treatment is recommended, at least for a few weeks) for both this issue and other issues as well. Also, there are several things I really love about this clinic: -- EXTREMELY professional staff; I work in the healthcare industry, and I can say with confidence that the patient care and facilities here are top-notch -- They take credit/debit cards (unlike many other acupuncture places) -- They allow walk-ins! -- Sliding scale from $20-40 for each regular visit ($30-50 the first visit).
