The team arrived on time and explained everything before starting. They took off their shoes each time they came into the home and gave us a heads up when they knew things would get a little noisier (much appreciated since we were working from home). The team cleaned up after themselves and made sure we understood how to use the system before leaving. Brandon followed up with us more than once after installation to make sure everything was working as expected. We actually made an additional request after our installation and he found a way to get it done right away.
