The team arrived on time and explained everything before starting. They took off their shoes each time they came into the home and gave us a heads up when they knew things would get a little noisier (much appreciated since we were working from home). The team cleaned up after themselves and made sure we understood how to use the system before leaving. They are quite busy and were up front about the amount of time it would take before they could look at my amp (about 4-6 weeks), but I was not in any hurry, so I left a deposit and my amp. I gave them a call about a month later, they had already taken a look and were sourcing parts for the repair. They called about 1 week later and explained in detail what they had found. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and my amp is now back home and sounds great. Its great having a place like this in the area, they have my highest recommendation!
