The day of the original appointment I get a call 10 minutes before the scheduled time confirming. I explained to the man I had asked to reschedule and was told they must have missed my message and could come the next business day. No one ever called to confirm or let me know they may be running late for the second meeting and it is an hour and a half past our agreed upon time. I can't speak for the work but I will not be dealing with a company that can't even make it to a quote.

The roof line is fairly steep where the repair was needed, and I'm not a big fan of heights. Eric responded quickly the evening I posted my request. He was very reasonable with his initial quote after seeing the photos I posted. He was on my roof a couple days later, popped the siding back in, and secured it further ensuring it stays in place for the next wind storm. Really liked Eric, and he stated that he was a "Jack of all trades". When it comes to any of my future projects/repairs, he will be the first person I call for assistance.
