As a new first-time home owner, I was dealing with a leaking window. At the time, I had very little knowledge of home repairs, so I reached out to Boates Brothers, and they sent someone out to take a look at the window. The gentleman suggested that I caulk the window myself so that I could save money. I really appreciated the honesty and tips. I caulked the window as suggested, but it kept leaking. I reached back out to Boates Brothers, and they again sent someone out. As they looked over the window, I was told they wouldn't be able to identify the cause of the leak until after they ripped off all of the siding. The gentleman asked if I wanted him to replace the windows while the siding was off, since that would be the best time to do it. I declined because the windows were nearly brand new, and again, I had no knowledge about home repairs. At no point was any testing ever done to identify the source of the leak. I'm not sure why the gentleman couldn't use a hose to help locate the leak. Regardless, I went ahead with the recommended repair. After spending over 3 thousand dollars, I was told they found the source of the leak, and one of the contractors gave me his "stamp of approval" and assured me it would never leak again. I was very happy with the work until the next rain storm, and saw that the window was still leaking. I reached back out to Boates Brothers, and their response insinuated that it was my fault for declining to have the windows replaced. I am not a contractor, nor do I have the knowledge of the repairs. Never once did they say that the window was the cause of the leak. In fact, they told me the opposite. I hired them to find the source of the leak; it was not my responsibility to do so. Instead of offering to fix their work, they wanted to charge me an additional $2,500 to do the project all over again. I feel that they saw a young couple who were first-time homeowners and decided to take advantage of me. I strongly suggest avoiding this company at all costs

This was a major renovation of TWO bathrooms in the home we recently purchased, and there was a lot riding on it. Working with Andrew Viohl and AW Viohl Contracting Team was a pleasure from start to finish. Andrew and his team handled each challenge extremely well, from the schedule, to commuting from North Wilmington to Middletown, and our requests to change bathroom products and finishes. The most impressive thing to me was when Andrew and his team came across a challenge or question; they always came to us with a viable solution. We absolutely love the end result. From the start of the project to the finish, it went very smoothly. I was also impressed with the professionalism of Andrew and his team. I appreciated that Andrew always made himself available; he responds quickly to phone calls, emails and texts. We trust Andrew; he is fair and honest. We appreciated the manner in which he toggled the renovations between TWO-bathrooms and always left one bathroom fully functional. Working with AW Viohl was a great experience. Their high-quality work and their excellent service gave us the results we expected. We truly appreciate Anrew and AW Viohl's commitment on this project.

Their attention to detail can only be described as perfect, giving us more than we could have ever imagined. This alone would warrant a great review, but this company takes everything to the next level. They are pleasant, respectful, neat, honest, and truly interested in giving the customer the best all around experience. We not only got a gorgeous kitchen( I can still say that 6 months later), we also made new friends who we would recommend in a heartbeat.

It was either going to take over a week to see me, or they wouldn't repair windows that they didn't install. They stopped by the same day, took a look at the window and told me that they thought they could squeeze the job in before the end of the day. I have worked with two other contractors recently, and I can honestly say that they don't come even remotely close to the quality of work that Carlos and his crew provided. Carlos and Victor remodeled my entire bathroom, removing and reinstalling new tile, a vanity, mirror, light fixture, toilet and other bathroom accessories in addition to spackling and painting. From start to finish, Carlos demonstrated an extreme attention to detail and a genuine commitment to making sure everything was done properly. He does not cut corners, and he takes the time to do things the right way even when it requires extra effort. For example, he noticed that my bathroom floor was not properly leveled, something that could have easily been overlooked or simply worked around. Instead, he took the time to correct the problem and make sure everything was properly leveled before continuing with the project. He even painted door trim outside of my bathroom to make sure it transitioned well with the bathroom, something that was not his responsibility. That level of care and thoroughness is exactly what you hope for in a contractor. The spackling and painting were absolutely immaculate. I have hired professional painters in the past who did not come close to the quality of the paint job Carlos delivered. Painting is 90% prep work: sanding and spackling. You can tell when a contractor understands the difference prep work makes, and Carlos and his group certainly does. Carlos and his crew were also kind, respectful, professional, and a pleasure to have working in my home. They were extremely conscientious about keeping everything clean throughout the project. In fact, I commented to my husband that my house looked cleaner after they left than it did before they started! Another thing that really stood out to me was the pricing. His prices are more than fair considering the quality of work, attention to detail, and level of care he provides. You TRULY feel that Carlos takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be completely satisfied with the finished product. It is VERY rare to find that these days. I could not be happier with the work C&N Construction LLC did for me. If you are are fussy about the details and looking for a contractor you can trust, who is meticulous, honest, thorough, reasonably priced, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, I would HIGHLY recommend Carlos and his crew. They exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely use them again for future projects.
