He explained everything (pricing, Calibration, etc) and walked me through the process with contacting insurance. Communication was great throughout and efficient. The invoice & payment process was easy too! They also were proactive and noticed that an oil change was super overdue. Claymont Auto is next door so was able to change that. [764] Cracked…read morewindshield!!! I called my Volvo dealership and they recommended Anthony Volk Glass to replace my front windshield. Turns out with the new cars I would also need to go to my dealership to have my front cameras recalibrated. Talked to Anthony to set up an appointment. He was responsive and was able to meet me at the dealership at my convenience. This made it easy for me to handle the replacement and camera recalibration at the same time. I also needed the dealership to reapply my inspection stickers. Everything was handled in a few hours so I was happy it was easily taken care of in one shot. Antony Volk Glass also handled the insurance paperwork. Hopefully I won't need him again but if I do I would definitely use this company again.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced Frank was rude and called me a troubled customer…read more The two guys that came out were hung over from the night before and could tell they did not have much sleep. The quality of work was far below sub-par. The alignment of my window even w/ studs on the glass for alignment purposes they could not center that up correctly. They bent my wiper arms and when I called them back to fix the wiper alignment is when I realized and was shown how they remove the arms, w/ a mallet. During the process of removing the glass they scratched the paint on my new vehicle and I even called them out on it and the reply was that cannot be helped. I asked for Ford replacement parts they did the glass correct but not the wipers. When it rained a few days later I again realized the poor quality of the repair when my wipers did not make full contact w/ the windshield. Overall the value of their work was worthless to me as I had to go the Ford house to purchase two wiper arms, two wiper blades and touch up paint to fix all of their screwups at a cost of two hundred dollars out of my pocket. "PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THE OWNER DOES NOT CARE WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK. THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE DO NOT CARE EITHER ABOUT THEIR OUTPUT AS WELL". The worst experience I have ever had having someone do work for me, I am not a happy or pleased customer.

Repair failed (ok, it happens) 4/10 - canceled appointment: replacement windshield came broken. Boo! Ship things better Safelite! 4/15 - repaired! Yay! Oh wait...couldn't calibrate it successfully. Frustrating because instructions start to ensure your car has gas bc the tech may need to drive it to calibrate so...if my hilly neighborhood impacted the self described "wonky" app, then drive my car to a flatter place (which there is 200 feet away) 4/22 - finally fully repaired So subtract a star for corporate shipping and subtract a star for not finishing the calibration by driving to a flatter spot. Add back in a star because everyone was truly helpful and worked to reschedule appointments as soon as possible.
