Upon reaching out and speaking with John he agreed to come out on March 10th to look at our roof. We agreed to him making the repairs to our leaking roof. On March 11th he came out to make the alleged repairs to our roof. He was paid in full 900$ and we were told to contact the company if we had any issues moving forward because he provided us a 10-year warranty on the repairs. A day or two later it rained, and we noticed leaking again. We contacted John the owner and he said he would be out to take a look and make the necessary repairs the next dry day. John never showed nor called to reschedule. We attempted to make contact with the company multiple times, leaving voicemails and text messages but never got a response back. We were beginning to think something happened to the owner. We made contact with him from a different number, and he answered. We were surprised after attempting to make contact with the owner and was unable to reach him for days and weeks at time. We concluded he had no intentions on coming back out to make the repairs. He gave us another excuse about being very busy and forgot to reach out to say he was unable to make it. At this point we decided we just wanted our money back sense the repairs were not made to begin with. We did not feel as though we could trust him after this. He was dodging our calls and text messages and lied about coming out on 2 different occasions. He refused to reimburse us our money. We are senior citizens robbed.

I also decided to replace carpet with flooring in my home office and he explained the options and we went with rubber-backed vinyl planks. Steve even came back by later that day and dropped off some additional samples for us to consider. There was never any pressure. His installers showed up and were very professional and great to work with. They were careful moving our things around. Steve even stopped in to check progress. While this was going to make my timeframes tight, he assured me the turnaround time once ordered would be fast. I had an appointment for 12:30 last Thursday. At 12:20, I see a sample book at the front door. I call the store and am told by the woman who answered that she sees my appointment on the schedule for 12:30. She tells me to call back and she won't answer and the call will go directly to Bob. By the time Bob and I talk, it's after 1:00 and he tells me he suddenly found out he doesn't have life insurance so he had to go directly home (how does this even happen--isn't a quick phone all it would take to address this?) and that we'd have to reschedule. On my doorbell camera, I see he was here at 11:00 to leave the sample book. Not sure why the 11:00 drop off was acceptable, but ringing the doorbell to come in and measure wasn't. He could not reschedule then from his home and I had to give up and start with another company, wasting weeks of time and making me miss my deadline. The second star is because he left the sample book, which came in handy for me to know exactly what I wanted to order when the new company came to measure.
