I bought a few slaps of stone and during installation one was cracked and when I went to purchase another one he was asking twice the amount i had originally paid, claiming that he gave me the wrong stone to begin with and i have to pay the higher price due to their mistakes !! He delayed my construction work by a week trying to decide whether or not he would honor his original price. He actually sent two of his managers, Grezelda and Eric, over my place to inspect the stone .. they are not any better than the owner in regards to customer service and calling back as they say they will. Reinel was the person who came highly recommended by others and he did not disappoint. Texts and emails were always met with quick replies. It wasn't long before he came over to do a quick peak and was able to provide a realistic overview of what needed to be done. He was patient and was able to provide a nice array of carpet samples, while answering all the questions. He was able to arrange a carpet installation with memory foam for several rooms on additional levels while handling the dated hardwood floors on the lower level. It was a nearly 7k job after it was said and done and his team was in and out of the place within 48 hours. The end result is impressive. My guests appreciate the bounciness of the carpet and the repaired hardwood floors. Payment was done via a cash transfer and Reinel seemed to be flexible with the payment options. They had the young female help us for a bit and then had her help the next customer who walked in the door before she was done with us. At least we left with ideas, but no free sample (which was offered). I have never been so pissed-off with this level of service. Keystone will never receive a dollar from me and I have had several tile projects over the years. One star for the selection offered and one star for the girl who helped us.

Had what I wanted in stock!! and pricing was equivalent to the other store. A few packs were chipped and I was able to exchange them with no issue. FYI they only accept a full box of tiles for returns with a 20% restocking fee. Something to keep in mind because other places will allow you to return individual tiles.
