I took 1 star away because of the staff. The only thing that I don't like so far is that there are…read moreonly 2 people working! So there may be a wait when you show up. For example, came one a Wed morning around 1010 for a shellac manicure. 2 people were at manicure stations and 2 in pedicure stations. Then one of the ladies getting a manicure moved over to pedicure, and one of the ladies getting pedicure ended up getting manicure as well. So I waited 45 minutes until I just left because.... why did I even wait that long? They do a really good job but of you see people here already getting nails done and only 2 people working, come back.

They do decent. That being said, I've given them 2 chances. The first time I was with a group and…read morejust figured they were in a rush. I've purchased the more expensive pedicure both times; love a good massage and some hot rocks and all that jazz. Says (60min) on the "menu". Well this time they weren't busy....so I opted on the same one. How do they finish in 30min again? When the menu if I remember correctly said 25min massage with hot rocks and such...then 15min with this special serum that does whatever and removes toxins and such. So 2 stars because I don't call that efficient....thats a rip off. I would have settled for 10min short since I don't have polish to remove or apply but this was an excessively shortened, and I can't find any reason to be done in 30min when it included 40min of massages alone. So this time my tip was in the form of you getting to work half as long as you should have. Won't be back.

I use this place for many reasons. Featherston's is a small town beauty and barber shop. The owner…read moretakes appointments only during the weekdays and does walk-ins on Saturday. They are closed on Sunday. As with anyplace that cuts your hair a relationship is important. This place is cozy, warm, and friendly. I now have appointment reminders from the owner, and that is a personal touch I never received from any of the chain locations. I am treated like I am the only person in the business, no matter who is there. Cuts are about $10.00 to $15.00 but I always tip so I am not sure about all the prices for the other services. They do take credit and debit cards. They sell custom jewelry there as well I believe it is all hand made. The shop is typical in the outside appearance for a small business in Beebe, AR. Do not expect chain store beauty graduates, but do expect a friendly smile, and local gossip that is traditional and colloquially focused. The owner has many years or decades of service, and she truly cares that your hair looks and forms the way you like it to be or styled. And men. She does trim the eyebrows and ear hairs and neck. Just like a barber is supposed to do.
