To much drama and gossip going on in this place and zero customer care. I received a phone call 20 minutes after I got home from the hostess rudely asking if I was going to show up for my appointment! All of the girls there are incredibly talented, and what I love most is that each stylist has her own unique specialty so you really feel like you're in the best hands no matter what you're getting done. The atmosphere is just as amazing as the services. Everyone is so friendly and personable, and it truly feels like a place where you can relax, laugh, and enjoy a little "me time." The coffee machine is such a nice touch too. They even have books for small children to entertain themselves during appointments. It makes the whole experience feel extra cozy and thoughtful. Honestly, spending time there feels less like an appointment and more like a fun, pampering escape. If you're looking for a salon that's both professional and full of personality, Rustic Roots is it. Highly recommend!
