I went two weeks later and got my nails done again because I liked it so much and she did another amazing job and they're so nice there. They don't rush you and they're really nice and then I had a pedicure that was one of the best pedicures I ever have I've had a lot of pedicures a lot of different places over my life, but this was definitely the best one. It wasn't rushed like fast food place in a hurry to meet their quota. It actually was done carefully and she really took time and she did a really good job.

I asked for my fill-ins to be just like they were, square and on the thicker side. I asked for a pink base, and she kept telling me "we don't have it", the mgr translated to her in Spanish and by magic she found the color. She was doing my nails and I explained they are too thin - I was met with "O MY GOD" the mgr Giana translated to her to make them thicker. The Mani continued and I asked for my French white line to be thin - met again with "O MY GOD" from Celeste and a TERRIBLE attitude! Giana explained, "she doesn't speak English and doesn't understand". Then why are you doing my nails if you can't understand my request? I asked the mgr, why am I being met with an attitude, and the duo of O MY GOD? She apologized and finished my nails. I told her I was never going to Celeste again, this was suppose to be relaxation, not stress. The customer is always right, and you NEVER, EVER have an attitude with O MY GOD included in a sentence. Poor job, not even a drop of lotion was applied to my dry hands. Not worth the price to be met with an attitude! I really think it's a buyer beware that the person doing your nails may not understand your request. Try another nail salon!!!

Always tip generously + usually never come by myself. Me and my best friend were so excited that our girls who are five are old enough to join us for pedicures as it is a special mommy and daughter time. I called to make sure they would be happy to accommodate and they said yes. This was probably the third or fourth time we have come with our littles -- who mind you behave AND pay full price on top of our services just about monthly. Each time I call ahead and make an appointment with the owner herself as well as give a heads up we have the girls. This is the second time we got a bad attitude only from the owner for no apparent reason other than that we have our paying children with us. The first time I excused her behavior assuming it was because our appointment was close to closing (also a weird reason to be annoyed if you okay an appointment). we come back with our girls again today after the owner checked and confirmed our appointment for 4. They had 3 of us sitting getting services for truly 30 minutes while my 5 year old waited. She did this to her friend last time. During those 30 mins neither time did she acknowledge the fact that our 5 year olds were waiting. No apology for the wait, nothing. Same thing today! She then did my daughter's pedicure in a third amount of the time her friends took. She had my daughter waiting while she took her time cleaning etc while her friend started her manicure. She sat for 15 minutes waiting before the owner finally acknowledged my daughter waiting and told HER (a five your old instead of the paying adult) that her friends was almost done so her lady would do her nails next. They were NOT almost done and my daughter already spent a total of 45!!!! Minutes waiting through out this time with no communication. Mind you it wasn't busy but then someone came in and the owner immediately prioritized another customer? When I asked her if she could just do my daughter's manicure first because she was waiting for so long already she argued back that this woman made a appointment in the morning and I pointed out that we also made appointments. The entire time the owner was not only unapologetic but also saying "oh my God" and rolling her eyes when she begrudgingly Finished my daughter's nails in 5 mins (while her friend's was still not done and she started way earlier!!!) and when I paid and questioned the fact that I was getting charged full price for her crappy experience. So yes, she charged me full price for an experience that my child spent way more time waiting around for than getting the service. Her employees are lovely though. But there are way too many other places around to tolerate this behavior. I hope her old worker Bridget went to a better place -- let me know where Bridget is someone I even took time to recommend yessicas to a big mom Instagram putting a spot light on businesses that is kid friendly self care without but they've definitely proven that super wrong. As getting nails done with the machine she slightly burned me twice, no apology. No hand lotion or hand massage. Left with dry hands and dry cuticles. But she did do a great job and love my nails! I really want to like them and make this my place so I will give them another try with different person. The place was very busy, so they're doing something right! UPDATE: I returned for a fill-in and as noted before was greeted and sat right away after initial washing of hands. I had a different nail tech this time and had a great experience, did my cuticles and brushed cuticle oil on them. Have not quite decided if this will be my go to place yet. Will have to try their padicures and then I will make a final decision.
