The pedicure was the worst one I have ever gotten. Although there is a spa upstairs, I was told to sit in a chair in the downstairs hair salon hallway while the girl used a foot bath like the ones you buy at Target to use at home. The footbath tipped over once and I had nowhere to my foot other than the dirty floor when she took it out of the footbath. I tried to hold it up, which was very uncomfortable. The person giving me the pedicure only brought down 5 colors from upstairs to choose from, and the one I liked she couldn't open so I had to settle for a color I wasn't crazy about. She buffed the callouses on the top of my feet but forgot the heels. She also did not rub my legs or feet like most pedicure places do. This was about the same experience I would get at home with my niece painting my nails, and was definitely not worth the money! At the end the person giving me the pedicure told me she was a recent graduate and was a hair stylist, not a manicurist. She was super nice, but I felt ripped off by the pedicure and I now have to wait for the super short haircut to grow out.

I got unnecessary damage to my hair and not even the color I wanted. I also got snarky comments from the owner, Shantel. It also felt like they were just trying to rush me out of there. They cut my hair good, but now I'm considering shaving all of it off because it's getting so damaged trying to get it back to that lighter original color I had. Do not recommend.

Ideally, Lynn does more of the hair clients and Laurie works with the nail clients - I actually use Laurie for my haircuts as well. Normally I do not trust anyone to cut my hair (several bad hair experiences) but after moving over an hour away from my usual hair lady - I was happy to find Laurie. She really takes her time and makes sure you are satisfied. She is the only person I will let touch my hair - and I live over 200 miles away now and still go to her. I also have her cut my boyfriend's hair (and my dad's.) She is also INCREDIBLE at nail designs! She can pretty much do anything you want! Both girls are exceptionally talented and the sweetest! True, I now drive a little further for Laurie's haircuts, but it is worth it. She cuts my hair exactly as I want, and I always get compliments for days. Haircuts include a mini-facial (complete with hot towel). Plus, Laurie is personable and funny--I like her as a person as well as a hair stylist. An added benefit to her new digs is that she shares a building with a very nice cafe--arrive early and you can enjoy a latte or a cappucino while you're waiting. If you are a fellow in the N.
