First I want to make it clear that I understand the ladies here rent a chair. But I can not get the…read moresalon to return my call nor can I get the hair stylist to work with me and meet me halfway.My 17 yr. went to have highlights put in, it went horribly wrong. Price was not ever really discussed like most places will quote you a price for how many(I was not there). According to other professionals I consulted with later the highlights were 2" wide, went to the root, were very heavy around her face and a step in the process must have been missed leaving her orange/gold. When it was done she was charged $160 & she did pay it not knowing how to handle the situation. That is a large amount.. I spoke with the hair stylist GLORIA and discussed the issues stating we were paying to get it fixed somewhere else. I stated that I believe she deserves money for her time however I feel she was taking advantage of a 17 yr working 3 jobs and would meet her in the middle at $80 back. My answer was a firm NO. Cutting Corners is definitely a good name for THIS experience and that hair stylist.Here I can put the pictures.. what 160 paid for and the idea she wanted to the wonderful correction that was made later by a wonderful hair stylist I would gladly give out her name!! PM me(again she paid for the fix)

I called this salon Tuesday night and did not think anyone would be able to take a cut and at a time that worked for me. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved that Kayla had an opening. I'd seen the salon and passed by it daily. I was happy to give a local business a try. Kayla did a fantastic job fixing my daughter's hair. She listened and did not make my daughter feel bad for the way she came in. She was able to do her best at blending in the chopped up pieces of her hair. Kayla used a razor to cut her hair and the outcome was fabulous. A hair emergency was saved thanks to Kayla. We have precooked her next appointment and my daughter walked out happy. The salon its self is so cute and modern. I was not only a beverage, they have a nice selection of drinks, not just water. I was also offered snacks. They have a basket of yummy snacks. I also enjoyed the music playing. We will definitely be back to Kayla.
