Front desk is not attended at times but it seems everyone helps jump in when needed. The stylists seem to love the owner and the opportunities she gives them. About two weeks later, I booked a micro blonde appointment. A week after I booked it, I was told my time slot had already been taken by another client. I was flexible and moved it to the next day, but it meant taking time off work. Then, the morning of the appointment, I got a text that I'd need to cancel and reschedule because Molly was under the weather. At that point, a quick phone call would have been nice! When I finally got in, the color appointment went really well. I'm sticking with blonde and she did it in a way that's super low maintenance, which I appreciate. Overall, I'd give The Hair Bar 4 stars -- just be prepared that the online booking isn't always perfect, and sometimes a phone call is better than a text. An inflight internet search led to The Hair Bar. Upon landing in Seattle , I called to see if I could possibly be accommodated for a wash and style. A friendly voice , (Mariah) answered my call and informed me they were able to fit me in same day within just a couple of hours!! When I arrived for my appointment, I was promptly greeted by Mariah and introduced to my stylist, Kim. Kim was extremely knowledgeable of hair and hairstyling products. She recommended a mask as my hair was a bit dry. She gave my hair a moisturizing wash and it felt so clean and soft. They carry very high quality hair products that I recognized right away. I was glad to see that. My hair is high maintenance and it felt and looked beautiful after Kim styled it. She asked all the questions, to learn more about my hair and what I was looking for in my style. Im two days into the style and It still smells and looks amazing!
