I made an appointment with Lisa on the recommendation of a friend. Right from the get go she was…read morerude and abrasive on the phone. She acted like she was doing me a huge favor. At that point I should have just hung up but I was desperate for a hair cut. When I showed up to the appointment, she wasn't there. The shop was closed. After a few minutes I called her and got her voice mail. After 10 minutes her co worker showed up but said she wouldn't be in for another hour. When I explained I had an appointment, she called her. Lisa was at Home Depot and said she'd be right over. Wtf is all I have to say! The co-worker made excuses for her unprofessional behavior and then when Lisa showed up, they both talked about another client coming in and what a bad choice she'd made in hair color. Sounds nice right? The co-worker cussed like a sailor and I was just uncomfortable the entire time I was there. Ultimately Lisa was 20 minutes late; she came strolling in with her coffee in hand with no apology just a "thanks for waiting". I should have walked out the moment I saw she wasn't there. I wish I had because the haircut that resulted from this visit was more than disappointing. I asked her specifically to follow the style that I had and to just "clean up the layers". She gave me an entirely new style-one that I can do absolutely nothing with. I have very fine, wavy hair. When I came in, I was wearing it as I wear it every day, loose and curled. I told her I curl it and how I wear it. Well, she cut it to be a straight style and then proceeded to straighten it. Any stylist should be able to look at my hair and tell it cannot be straightened successfully, on top of the fact that I'd already told her I wore it entirely differently. She obviously didn't care and wasn't planning on doing what I'd asked. What i have have now is a haircut I can't wait to grow out and a style that I pretty much can wear in a pony tail. Beware of the $15 hair cut! You get what you pay for!!! Steer clear of this "salon"!

If I could give this no stars I would…read more I went in and had a consultations with Lisa stoner, I asked her if she could take an old faded red to my natural blonde and told her I hadn't dyed my hair in 6 months. She said she could do it with little to know damage so I scheduled an appointment. My appointment came and everything seemed fine at first. After several hours of working on my hair she had to cut off and inch (no big deal) but it was an ashy blonde with a dark green tint, very noticeable. She told me the green would fade out in a few washes and if it didn't that I could return for a fix, so i gave her the benefit of the doubt, paid and left. After one wash the blonde had begun bleeding out and the green had only become more noticeable. I messaged her politely voicing my concerns and asking if we could fix this ASAP because it was very green and I was receiving a lot of comments that I was not paranoid about the color, I was embarrassed to leave my house! She told me to come back in that day and shed fix it. She did get the green out, which should not have been there in the first place, and she told me she was going to have to die my hair a dirty blonde instead of blonde and I said that was fine. She then dyed it a light brown instead and she fried the bottom 4 inches of my hair which were still green because they couldn't take the dye! We continued to communicate but every time I voiced a complaint or mentioned how damaged my hair was or how funny the coloring was she would insist I come back for a fix or a free treatment and I wanted this woman nowhere near my hair again. My husband was so upset he asked for a refund and the woman insisted I call her again because all she kept insisting I do was return. So I called her. BIG MISTAKE. I had tried to be as calm and respectful throughout the entire ordeal but during the phone call she was rude and had insinuated that I must have changed my hair at home because I left the salon blonde. She continued to be rude and accused me of calling her a bitch and slandering her business by posting her name and salon all over my Facebook, which I never did. I posted pictures of my hair, never released the details of where I went or who did it. She then said and I quote "what are you going to do? Sue me" to which my husband replied "if we have to then yes." She also told me I needed to check my attitude and that is when I finally snapped. I wasn't being polite and nice anymore, she destroyed my hair and she the audacity to accuse me of slandering her name and then changing the color of it myself! She then agreed to give us back a refund of half of what we paid, but said I was not allowed to pick it up, my husband had to because I was hysterical. Of course I was hysterical, I had to chop off all of my hair! She also insisted my husband sign a contract basically saying we got our refund and that I specifically, and only I, would not post any negative reviews, would take down the pictures of my green and damaged hair and would not sue or report her to the licensing company. To bad she had my husband sign it, because he can not legally sign on my behalf. Her "contract" is null and void. She then got together with a woman who I at one point considered a family friend, another mistake, and posted rude statuses on Facebook using my name and and accusing me of lying and stating I never voiced my concerns to her, thinking I wouldn't see the post because I'm not friends with them. My husband is on the other hand so he got to see for himself all of the rude posts they were making and mentioning my name in. Needless to say this was all over a four day period, I had to go somewhere else and spend another $125 (on top of the $160 I had initially paid her) to have my hair fixed, chopped of, treated and to buy more treatments, special shampoos and conditioners. This woman never even apologized. She was unprofessional, rude, and she has no idea what she's doing when it comes to hair.
