Natalie is a life-saver. My mother passed away this past Summer and left me to deal with her five bedroom house in Brooklyn. My mother wasn't quite a hoarder, but she didn't like to throw things out either. Every closet, drawer and crawlspace was packed with stuff -- documents, memorabilia, photos, clothing, appliances, utensils, etc. I like to think of myself as pretty organized and wouldn't previously have thought that I was the type of person who would need the services of a personal organizer. But I was totally overwhelmed by the prospect of dealing with the house and it's contents -- both on an emotional level and in terms of figuring out how to do through and deal with all of the stuff. I was having nightmares. Natalie pretty literally saved my life. She took charge of the job and knew exactly what to do. What supplies I would need to buy. How to dispose of all of the different types of items we found around my mother's house. Which third parties we'd need to help us get the job done (junk haulers, photo archive specialists, charities for donations, storage facilities, etc.). Natalie helped me tackle the emotional task of sorting through all of my mother's things. Throwing out what needed to be disposed of or donated. Storing what we thought should be saved. She managed to keep in mind that we were undertaking a task that was very emotional for me but still keep us pushing ahead and efficiently dealing with the contents of my mother's house. She was right there on the floor next to me tacking the dusty job of sorting things into trash bags and boxes. She was equal parts organizer and therapist at times. I was afraid that this overwhelming task would take up more than a month of my life and be a pretty full-time job for that long. With Natalie's help, we got through it in a little over a week. I was astounded how quickly we got it done. It was a huge relief. I'm not sure I could have gotten through this job without Natalie's. Left to my own devices, this would have been a much more painful, drawn-out and frustrating process. I'm lucky to have found her and consider her services money well spent. read more

Working with Natalie to organize our apartments was a life-changing experience. This might sound like hyperbole, but I say it without a drop of exaggeration. My husband and I are happier in our home as a direct result of the thoughtful guidance that Natalie provided. We initially hired Natalie to help de-clutter an unruly storage closet, but it quickly became clear that the root of our problem was our lack of an organizational system for all of our stuff. For instance, we constantly had a pile-up of our gym bags, totes, and suitcases gathered in our front hall. We would drop them next to the door as we arrived home, because there wasn't a sound logical place for them to go. Natalie helped us free up space in our coat closet for the bags, and our floor has been free and clear since. This adjustment is minor on its own, but the cumulative result of the fifty or so similar changes has been revelatory. I feel like a ninja every morning when I only need to open one cabinet to make coffee and breakfast. The permanent pile of clothes next to my bed has vanished now that every article of clothing has a logical and easy-to-access spot in my closet. Etc, etc, etc. In de-cluttering our storage, Natalie actually brought order to the most important environment. It's the best investment we've made for our home and happiness. And she's an absolute delight to work with. We can't recommend her services enough! read more

I have been a two-time customer of Natalie and would give her five stars both times!! The first time I worked with Natalie was in spring 2015 when she overhauled my closet in a three hour session. We got rid of several bags of clothing and she instilled somewhat of a sense or order in my closet with my existing drawers, dividers, etc - and then she sent me some new organization tools to buy which I use to this day. I was thrilled with the results and kept (some) of the organization as I moved apartments. I hired her again this month to do a more comprehensive purge and reorganize my new apartment - which needed additional help as my fiancé had just moved in - so it was really Natalie organizing the chaos from my original move, and then integrating my fiancé's stuff from when he moved in 6 months prior. There was a lot to do - we did one eight hour session and one three hour session - but Natalie totally killed it and my apartment is finally a place of peace. Natalie's firm but fun style ensures that you get rid of things you don't really need. She has a collaborative, non judgmental approach which is important when dealing with "stuff" and all of the emotional weight we put on it. And, a very logical approach to space. Best money I ever spent!! read more

Natalie rescued our apartment. I cannot adequately express how wonderful it was to work with her and how appreciative we are of everything that she did. The results are spectacular. This might sound familiar: kids (we have 2), full-time working parents, a combination of sentimentality and lack of will resulting in a constant build-up of stuff. Entire rooms in our home became no-go zones full of toys, packages, books, clothes, memorabilia, papers, sports equipment and other random things. It literally got to the point that we screened off two rooms to avoid looking at the clutter, and that is when I realized I had reached rock bottom. I felt overwhelmed and needed help.  Enter Natalie. It was clear from our initial consultation that she is highly professional, not judgmental and has seen it all. Natalie was willing to work 8-hour days on Sundays for several months to accommodate my schedule, and I could not be more grateful. She also helped us donate a tremendous amount.  Everything is now where it's supposed to be, and we can see our floors again! Natalie is a highly efficient organization genius, she gives honest advice, and she works seriously with you to achieve your goal. I enthusiastically recommend her! read more

I have never been moved to write a Yelp review before, but Natalie is so wonderful that I have to share. I reached out to Natalie after my baby was born, and we were suddenly cramming an additional person (and related baby items) into our NYC apartment. Together, Natalie and I organized every single closet, dresser, storage unit, cabinet, and surface to maximize space and utility. Natalie a delight; warm, kind, firm, and funny. She brought a sense of humor and boundless energy to what could have easily been a grim task. Whenever I got "stuck" (which was often) she was amazing at helping me think through the challenge, coaching along the way. She is really creative about space, and had so many good ideas for how we could maximize ours. I am loving our "new" apartment. It feels more spacious and calm, and I know where to find things when I need them. As a result, we're getting more joy out of our home and our (reduced collection of) things than we used to. Five stars for Natalie! read more

We hired Natalie to tackle our coat closets, kitchen and bedroom closet/dresser. She did an amazing job and worked with us on our unique kitchen layout with cabinets out of reach for my GF. She came up with a system that worked for us ensuring that my GF could reach more everyday items. We had very minimal under sink storage in our kitchen and she put in a genius hack of using a tension rod to hang cleaning bottles from. Our bedroom closet is so well organized, I thought it looked like a clothing store. She also showed us how to properly fold our clothes so it stays that way. Her estimates on the project were spot on and she was such a pleasure to have in our home! She was honest with her handling of returns for anything we didn't use and even brought back a container lid and hanging hook that she had forgotten from our last session. Highly recommend hiring her! read more

Natalie is amazing! It's been a little over a month since she helped me with my pre-move declutter. She was extremely professional and friendly from the beginning and always timely with her responses. We started out by having a Zoom call so she could get a better understanding of what I needed, and from that first call I knew she was the right person for the job! We got everything I needed done in 8 hours - I couldn't have done it without her! I was able to get rid of years worth of clothing and miscellaneous items that were just sitting there & taking up space in my apartment. The textile service she partners with made it so easy and convenient to get rid of my belongings. I now have a new outlook on organization and will continue to keep with all the tips I learned from our session! I'll definitely hire Natalie again for any future projects! read more

At almost 6 months pregnant and a 2nd baby on the way, I was overwhelmed with re-organizing my apartment to make room for the new addition. But Natalie managed to make the process seamless and fun! Never wasting a second of our time together, Natalie delegated tasks to me while she moved onto another area to make headway. I could never have imagined such an incredible experience. My 3.5 year old son came home and was thrilled with how his room turned out - he loved everything from his new shoe rack to his new toy storage system. He kept saying over and over again how much he loved his new room and gets so excited to put his toys back on his own in the appropriate spot. What a success! I can't thank Natalie enough and can't wait for her to come back and tackle the rest of my apartment! read more

Natalie is fantastic! My closet and dressers were absolute disasters and to the point where I couldn't find what I needed to get dressed in the morning. Natalie was so pleasant to work with and incredibly efficient. I've always wanted to get organized, but I didn't know where to start. Since working with her, I've been encouraged to get rid of and clean up more items. Not only was Natalie amazing about helping me organize my closet, she helped me haul bags of trash and recycling out of my apartment. She has an upbeat attitude, which is necessary when embarking on what to me, seemed like such a daunting task! I've already recommended her to multiple friends and family members and I love showing off the photo of the before and after of my closet. You really can't go wrong with Natalie! read more

Natalie is amazing! Is that redundant? Yes, but totally well deserved! My fiance and I have moved into his small one bedroom NYC apartment during the pandemic. First, Natalie is completely Covid-19 compliant, following proper safety and health protocols. We felt very safe inviting her into our home. Second, she worked magic in the small kitchen and bathroom, where we needed the most help. She has a great eye and expert organizing suggestions to make both areas so much more functional. Everything has a "home". From consultation to end results, she was professional and helped us prioritize what we needed first. We will definitely engage Natalie again as we have some closets that need a little TLC. read more

We are expecting our first child and needed help getting organized ahead of his arrival. Natalie was truly a lifesaver! She transformed our apartment to make room for all things baby - organizing our kitchen, pantry, closets, bathrooms and of course the nursery. Natalie helped us sort through what we needed and what we could live without and had creative solutions for our tricky storage spaces. Everything has a home and it so much easier to find things and stay organized! She took all the stress out of preparing our home for baby and we are now armed with the tools to stay clutter free. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and highly recommend her if you need organizational help. read more

The minute I found Natalie and her business, I knew she was the one for me. I could already tell I liked her no-nonsense approach. I was not disappointed. She spent 3 full days with me in my apartment and we got rid of 28 bags -- which she brought with her and donated. She was thorough and straight to the point. She created systems in my home that were definitely lacking -- closets, drawers, files, utilities, linens, cleaning supplies, makeup ... I could go on and on. She has inspired me to want to definitely keep it this way. She also provided lots and lots of suggestions and follow-up. The organization has alleviated so much stress from our lives. After my recent move, I was having a hard time getting my apartment in working order. I found Natalie via a LivingSocial and purchased the deal in hopes of organizing my closets and my space so that I could finally feel more at home. This was one deal that far exceeded my expectations. Natalie was efficient, easy-going, personable and highly effective. In small spaces in NYC, little changes make a big difference. Natalie made small changes throughout my closets and drawers that collectively made my apartment organized and homey. I love my new home! I would recommend Natalie to any of my friends and family and I have every intention of working with her again. read more

Natalie was a dream to work with! She came for our consultation and then immediately sent a list of suggested organizing products. She ordered the products and had them delivered to me. Then came close clean out day! Natalie made the day easy, productive, and fun! She is so easy to work with and super helpful when it comes to purging. We got rid of a ton of clothing and then she worked her magic on reorganizing my closest. I couldn't be happier with the results! My closets have never looked better. Natalie did a truly amazing job for us. We are first time parents and were drowning in baby clothing, accessories, etc. Natalie came in and helped us organize our nursery so our poor, sleep deprived minds could figure out where everything was even at 3 am. Still can't get over how fantastic everything is now that it has a home. As for the future, definitely going to implement Natalie's advice to keep things clean. Super professional, very responsive, all around great service. Definitely worth it! Thanks again! read more

I had a fantastic experience with Natalie! She was extremely efficient, professional, and fun to work with. She made me feel completely comfortable and I never felt judged for my past organization habits (or lack thereof). After two days with Natalie, my apartment was transformed into a home that feels organized and relaxing. Everything has its place, and the things I didn't need are no longer cluttering my physical and mental space. Highly recommend if you are looking for more order and peace of mind in your home. read more

There's a reason Natalie has such great reviews: she does a really good job and she's a pleasure to work with along the way. She's professional, organized (of course), and did an outstanding job of working to understand my particular preferences. In the end, she helped me set up things in a way that would work for me. Can't say enough good things--if you're reading these reviews because you're trying to decide whether or not to pull the trigger...pull the trigger. You'll be glad you did. read more

Natalie is amazing! This week my family moved to our new apartment. With a 2.5 year old and a 6 month old I knew I would need extra help moving and unpacking. Natalie took on the project of the kitchen. She came over, assessed what I needed, ordered them to come to my apt and then completely unpacked and organized my new kitchen. She also gave me inspiration and pep talk to purge my own clothes closet before the move. I give her my highest recommendation. read more

When we moved to our new apartment we knew the kitchen space was going to be a challenge - so I decided to hire a professional. Natalie came to Jersey City for a 45+ minute free consultation and I hired her on the spot. We spent an entire day organizing and purging kitchen "stuff" and setting up our food pantry. Natalie taught me some "tricks" that I have been using. I would highly recommend Natalie to anyone for any job - big or small! read more
