Mike was willing to send new designs to get what I was looking for. When Ben arrived to measure, he made several recommendations on further changes, keeping those changes to the original budget and coming up with a design that made better use of the space than the original plan. There is no upselling from these guys. In fact, Mike was more concerned about my budget than I was, making sure that I felt comfortable with the costs of upgrades I requested (more drawers, soft close, shaker fronts) Ben came back to install the closets personally, and he was terrific. I was surprised to see how truly custom a job it was -- Ben made multiple adjustments for some odd bump outs we had and everything is 100% perfect. We love our new pantry/coat closet (first pics) and my husband's clothes / linen closet. No regrets-- contact these guys if you need custom storage solutions.

This is not normal wear and tear -- it is clearly a defect caused by cheap materials and poor workmanship. I contacted Rosa immediately, multiple times, asking for help and a solution. I was completely ignored. No support, no inspection, no replacement, no accountability. Customer service was non-existent. Today, 2 out of the 4 doors are completely destroyed, despite being used in a normal indoor environment. Doors should last decades, not fail after a few weeks. This company sells low-quality products and then disappears when problems arise. Very unprofessional, very disappointing, and a waste of money. I strongly advise against buying anything from them.

Peter and his team took 9 sets of double hungs as well as an entire elevation consisting of 3 large casements and 3 matching transoms, and painstakingly renewed every piece of them. Our windows are the envy of the neighborhood, and every contractor who has stopped to work on another part of the house has been awestruck, usually asking us "are these brand new?!" or "how did you get these new windows with the old wavy glass in them"? Aside from their appearance, his re-glazing of the numerous window lights as well as the new weatherstripping has made our old windows perform the way they should, keeping the outside out and the inside in.
