He said that it's normal to have these cracks and the wood expands and contracts, creating cracks. They have a repair kit that they can order, but that's about it. I should not have to order a repair kit for new cabinets. Some of the doors don't match up and I have to re-install the hinges to make them right, because the adjustments still aren't enough. They come out of a factory like this, how can they let that slide? I contacted the manufacturer and they ended up replacing 2 doors, but they really should replace all of the damaged doors. Andy and 21st Century cabinets do NOT stand by their product at all and now we've spent thousands of dollars and are stuck with cracked cabinets.

Don't dismay because they accept credit card so in short you have protection. Why a 5 star? We are happy with our salesman, good price, and they did a great job. Delivery time is good as well. Mr. Liu , the lead guy of the installation team, is awesome. He knows his craft very well so set aside your ego and lIsten to him when gives you an advice. Make sure that you communicate well what you want if you are making changes , example us changing the size of the sink, so you won't have any issue. I definitely will use them again.

They couldn't create 1/8 slope on the shower sills so I needed to have them done somewhere else. Eric said company policy won't allow Swan to drop off the sills next door at De Luxe Cabinetry and Tiles. On the day of installation, workers came without a shower bench. Then all of a sudden, the company policy allows them to drop it off next door. When I measured after the trapezoid bench top arrived, I realized Swan polished the wrong side. Eric and his manager were unwilling to recut another piece or provide any form of compensation. This trapezoid bench top was already sloped. Swan only offered to polish the other side. But what good is that? It's already sloped. Even before it was sloped, polishing the other side and then cut flat the polished side would have made the bench top too small as it was measure as an exact fit!!

I decided to redo my kitchen and purchased a counter top from Swan Tile. My wife and I felt that…read morethey were unprofessional and condescending. Their measurement guy and the installer lacked the experience and knowledge needed to complete the job in the time allotted. The Sales person who we worked with was named Johnny who turned out to be the Manager of the New Hyde Park location. Swan tile sent their measurement guy to the house on March 3rd to take measurements of the counter top space. Their measurement guy who was supposed to be experienced, gave me two options as to where I wanted the cut to be made since the countertop had to be in two pieces. Apparently, the option that I chose caused a problem for the installers when they came to the house on March 6th. The piece ended up being too long and could not be maneuvered into the kitchen. As I explained to Johnny if his measurement guy would have told me this then I would have picked the other option for the cut in the counter top. When Johnny spoke to his employee, he blamed me the customer and said that I chose where I wanted the cut to be made. This of course delayed my Contractor from completing the Kitchen. The installer re-measured the space for the counter top and we rescheduled the installation for that following Saturday which was March 13th. The installers came out with the new counter top and when they placed both pieces on top of the cabinets, apparently it was not leveled. First of all, since they are experienced, one would think that they would have checked to make sure that the cabinets were leveled since that is an important part of the installation process. One would also think since they were experienced as Johnny communicated to me during our conversation that they could level the cabinet and install the counter top. Of course, they couldn't or at least acted as though they had no idea on how to solve this problem. Once again, we had to reschedule installation and made it for the following Saturday which was March 20th. Thus, delaying the completion of my kitchen for another week. I called my Contractor who of course leveled off the counter top space in a matter of minutes. The installers came back on March 20th looked at the space and actually were about to leave because they thought that nothing had been done. I told them to check with their leveler. Once they did, they found that it was leveled and finally installed the counter top. Mind you what should have been done within a day took 3 weeks to complete. Johnny assured me that his employees are experienced and based on my experience with Swan tile they are not. I would not purchase anymore items from them. As of today, we are not satisfied with the product. We need to have them come back and review the seam between the two pieces.

It's near a Home Depot which is convenient if you need any home restoration supplies. The showroom was clean and had updated, modern kitchen designs which I liked. The consultants were helpful and were there to answer any questions. I have the sea green tiles that they had on display but will change them in the future to match new marble countertops. The consultant stations had clear screens so they could discuss pricing and other options in a safe manner. They have a large variety of options for cabinets and tiling so it was nice to go through their endless amounts of samples.

The workers here were very patient, honest, and kind despite us going back and forth on what we wanted since there were so many options. There are more choices than displayed in their showroom (I didn't know they also carried shower heads) and they have a circular that may lead to more inspiration for your home. After picking out everything, they quickly crunched out a quote and I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were. We looked at a few other spots down College Point Blvd and they all turned out to be more expensive than here by quite a margin. Overall, the process was very smooth and quick and the quality of the material was on-point. However, when you need to gain a service for something out of the normal realm of standard salesmanship, but yet find that what you want becomes problematic with just about everyone involved in the business - you have to especially thank the one place that catered to your requirements. Such is the case with thanking the staff at Woodhaven Tile and Stone Design with this review. I really felt the need to sit down and write a review of my extra pleasant experience with this business for my needs. I had required tiles be cut to replace tiles on the bottom two rows after a bathroom shower pan had been replaced which is a common problem of earlier built homes. I did not want to re-tile the entire shower walls, but wanted to have replacement matching design tiles. I did so, but also needed to get it to the right size as the original tiles, which I could put into place without the need for an installer. I initially started calling around to the tile businesses' in my locale about having them cut to size for some fee. I located five places clustered together and I received the same type of response from each: "Uh, we don't cut tiles". Then I asked, "do you have some associate you can refer me to have the tiles cut" as I wanted them done by someone in the industry? To further, "No, we don't know anyone (to help you)". On my own, I was able to achieve maybe a 65 percent decently cut tile rate myself, less with ones having a glaze. I found the unified responses' odd as their business industry is: TILES, even with "Custom" in the names of some shops. With that, shouldn't these businesses know about complementary customer requirements regarding tiles? I then called a half dozen more tile places. Still all came back with a blank NO answer given, "we don't cut them and we don't know anyone that could do just that for you". I started thinking huh, so all you Tile places just are interested in selling boxes of the stuff. Not to perhaps being interested in helping for anywhere else, should the need arise? Such frustration! To move along, I had noted earlier Woodhaven Tile's essentially unanimous 5 star rating online postings and I guess I went along with the adage, "Saving the best for last" to call them. When I did contact them which I should have originally done so in the first place, Frank at Woodhaven Tile said without hesitation, YES first bring a sample piece in for cutting, as he was somewhat concerned about the glaze being chipped during cuts. When I came in, I saw the owner Phil who was just as accommodating at having the cut's made. It was late that day so I just gave in the sample. I did come back the following day and Tara there showed me the cut sample and introduced me to the Italian craftsman, David there on staff. He had made the cuts flawlessly, no chipping I saw. When David listened to me for a few things, with his expertise he mentioned he thought perhaps that I had not initially measured for the tile's correctly and that I should re-examine the area where the tiles would go into. Ok, after leaving the boxes of tiles with them, when back at the house I did find after re-examination of my shower area, yes, yes... David had been right. I had the needed size measurements adjusted to David, whereupon the cuts were all perfectly made to my delight. During this, I noted that all of staff there, Frank, Tara, Phil and David were all so pleasantly patient and accommodating with me while I took time to re adjust for the cuts I needed. It quite honestly felt being among friends there who really listened to and wanted to help out with my needs. I was extremely pleased with their expertise and service provided to me. They do truly care about doing a completely satisfying job with all of a customer's tiling and stone custom requirements. You should experience the same pleasant and expert guidance from the staff in selecting a tile and stone décor upon a visit. Woodhaven Tile and Stone Design takes up a full block on Woodhaven Boulevard and there inside the showroom are very impressive displays of beautiful tiles and stones, along with an equally impressive helpful and experienced staff. The hours I noticed are very complimentary with extra morning and late times provided. Woodhaven tile and stone is unequivocally a "cut above" all the other tile vendor outlets in the business, especially since none of the others were willing or able to even "make the cut(s)" Thanks again very much guys for all your help!

The product overall isn't the best quality... in the showroom everything looks nice and shiny but the product is cheap quality and poorly made. I know that several of the other reviewers had mentioned that had a great experience working with Danny and definitely can't say they same. As the product was delayed time after time after time Danny wasn't responsive I would have to track him down and had to call repeatedly to get in contact with him. Please find another place there are several in the area.
