I'm going to one of my best friend's weddings & I decided to get her & her soon-to-be husband…read morepersonalized kitchen aprons as their wedding gift. So, I ordered some aprons & perused embroidery shops in the area. I called a few places & kept coming up short, because it was such a small order I was asking for. Most embroidery shops only do 12+, bulk buys, so I wasn't expecting anyone to be able to execute what I was asking for. Until I called Stitch Witchery. They got me in that day, gave sound expertise on what would look best color/print-wise on my gift (I'm clueless when it comes to this stuff), & treated me as well as they would've any other customer, no matter how small my order was. Kevin & Darlene have been at this business for about 40 years, and it shows. They handle their business with tact, professionalism, & a down-to-earth feel. It was a pleasure to meet them & have them in my corner in creating this gift. My friends are going to love these! Now, I need to find some more items to get embroidered just so I can have an excuse to pop into Stitch Witchery again.

She asked another clerk to check it out and it wasn't so I just payed for my stuff and left. She told me that they could check for me if the had my size and ship it for me She did more for me without that smirk was very helpful I'll take that into consideration next time now that I know.

The only reason I gave it one less star is for sometimes shirts aren't always true to size, and run larger. My friend and I were surprised to hear that their fitting rooms were open. At first I was recultant with having a mask on to try anything on, did notice fitting room attendant was cleaning after someone left the fitting room, and there were temporarily closed signs posted. Pleased with my new tank top purchase that was on sale. Hand santizer stations were located within the store, all associates had masks on, 6 ft marker indicators, and glass shield dividers by each register.

I ordered 2 hoodies, size Med, and they fit, look, and feel great! I just ordered 3 days ago, and already received my order. The communication of my order was great, they even sent an email asking me to double check my order for any any errors they would help try to fix. The product I received is made in Pakistan - thank goodness not China. The company was in Ventura (my home town), so I pleased supporting them. I hope to order again soon!

Apparently if something is out of stock (which is entirely their fault) they only refund you about half of what you paid. Then they were having a big sale so I bought a ton of stuff. Not only was everything I bought terrible quality (I can't believe it ever cost more than $10 a piece), but half of my order wasn't even in the bag! I'm trying to get some compensation for the missing items but they won't give refunds of course only store credit. I won't order from them again.
