They're a family-owned, local small business, and the owner, Jordon, is actually out there on the job, hustling every single day making sure everything is going smoothly. Direct access to the owner, that kind of service is pretty rare these days. Albert also coordinated with solar panels removal, cleaning and replacement. And coordinated with Solatube (which I love) installing 3, and his roofer installing 1 Velux sun tunnel skylight (which I definitely don't love because it probably gives 20% of the Solatube light.) John arrived on time, covered patio furniture, did the job, cleaned up well after himself washing down outside sidewalks and patio area. John York showed me photos of the completed job. There were tidy edges all around without any drippings down the front edges like I've seen other roofers do. In the photo you can see the difference between my finished resealed roof and my neighbor's. I am well pleased with York Roofing's work.
