When my laptop decided to do its best impression of Sleeping Beauty, I found myself in search of a…read moreprince... I mean... solution to its inability to awaken. Sharp Solutions came highly recommended to me by a friend and I am enthusiastically passing this recommendation on. Each and every one of my interactions with the folks at Sharp Solutions was a pleasant one. Positivity reigned; when I walked in with my self-proclaimed "dead" computer, they were quick to remind me there was still hope. When ultimately my issue turned out to be an unavoidable but expensive one, they were helpful in discussing all the options open to me. Supportive in whatever I chose to do, Sharp Solutions was there until my new computer was stocked with all my old files. More of a lifesaver than they may have realized as my recent wedding photos were amongst the data saved. Their quoted prices and deals for the work rendered were more than fair. Communication was clear, open, and honest. Staff are friendly and responsive. This is certainly a "go-to" location for your electronic repair needs. Drop in! You will not regret it!

I dropped off my computer before Christmas, and Andrew called with an estimate. He told me to pay…read moreright away if I wanted it completed before the holiday, so I did. Unfortunately, after taking payment, he completely stopped responding. I made multiple calls and received no answer. Three weeks later, I went to the store in person only to find a sign on the door stating they wouldn't be back until September. At that point, there had been no communication, no updates, and no way to reach anyone. It has now been four months. I still do not have my computer, no clear explanation of what's going on, and no way to get in touch. My kids have been asking about it, and it's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark after paying upfront. This has been a very disappointing and stressful experience.

As I called him I was watching the television, and he mentioned he Can fix it. I brought the tv to him and I asked if he wanted to plug it in-since I brought the cord and the remote with me, he advised he was all set and he can have this repaired probably within a few hours. 3 hours later I receive a call from him saying "that my tv won't turn on!?" I mentioned that "I was watching the Tv when I called, and it was working just fine." he says to me "that he has no clue what happened?" I go pick the tv up and he didn't charge me anything, even for the piece that he fixed. I then called Samsung and was told they will put me in contact with one of there subs who fixes samsung tvs in the area. A week later this company comes over, showed me cracks on the back of the tv and the clips that hold the back in place it was broken. He also showed me that there is a special way to remove the back off and Abbys just took it off without properly removing the clips (which three of them were also broken). The Samsung company showed me that Abbys damaged the main board and that's why the tv wasn't working. Samsung sub company had to order me a new main board as well a new back of the tv because the picture wasn't working due to Abby's company not knowing how to fix this type of tv. I will never bring any if my electronics to Abby's again. The owner is nice, but needs more learning experience with the newer products that are out now.
