Blake always does a great job of tinting our windows. He has worked on a couple of pickups for myself and a car for my wife. He also came to my shop and tinted my entry door as well. He was recommended to me by friends. read more

I recently had to work with them for interlock purposes. I definitely recommend them. They are fast, friendly and convenient. I don't know if it matters what time of day you go but I've never had to wait long for service. If you have the unfortunate need to have your interlock calibrated then this place is an excellent option. read more

I took my 4 door sedan to tint 5 Windows. You have to make an appointment, so I scheduled something for the following week. An associate, Keenan took care of the scheduling. He's not the most friendly, but was relatively professional. When I got my car back I noticed some bubbles. He said they would work themselves out in the sun. It typically takes 3-5 days to cure, they said. 7 days later some of the bubbles were still present. I took it back to the shop and they were extremely agreeable with handling my re-tint. Keenan said they would fix the issue. I took my car back and they did exactly what they said and rectified the problem. I just got it back and so far it looks GREAT! I will edit the review if I have further issues...but I don't foresee there being an issue. I will say that when receiving my car back the second time; the owner, Daryl, was in the shop and he was extremely apologetic for any issues I had and was very willing to make sure I was happy with the finished product. I was very pleased with their stellar customer service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! read more

Sadly, my experience with this company was beyond terrible. I took an old car in to be re-tinted as the old tint had bubbled up and was difficult to see through. My car was done in about a day and the glass looked great. When I had gotten it back home I had realized that the back window defroster no longer worked because they used a razor blade to get off the old tint and cut the thermal strips on the glass. Along with that they broke BOTH levers that allow you to bring the back seat down to access the trunk. They tried to cover it up by cleaning up the plastic pieces from the breaks. I called them up and they said that I'd have to contact the owner of the company because he deals with issues and that it was very hard to get a hold of him and he was rarely in the office. They didn't even apologize or sound sympathetic. If I could rate this place with a BLACK star I would. While I was in their shop I saw they were selling the same model car stereo that I bought on Amazon a few months earlier for twice the cost of what it was on Amazon. In short, Terribly overpriced, insensitive, selfish & deceitful. I haven't called them back to try hunting down the owner as I don't have time to deal with what I know will be a long drawn out process. Which is what I'm sure is exactly what they want. So if shopping for a tint place, you'd be better off doing it yourself. And buy your accessories online. read more

Wow still in shock. Bought a $1,200 Pioneer system less than a year ago. decked out with backup camera and all bells and whistles. I love it until. This weekend speakers shorted out. Call Custom and was told "they decided not to repair anymore just install". Really? But it's under warranty "sorry, he said just installing now". On to BBB.
