Otherwise I would have potentially ruined the carperts. It all took about an hour. He wore shoe covers inside the house. The 2 downsides were 1) It took much longer than 6-8 hours to dry (actually about 48 hours). This is perhaps because it was a rainy week so the humidity was high and 2) Their main dripped so it left a small puddle of water wherever it was stationed, one on my vinyl floors and the other on a piece of carpet I wasn't getting cleaned. They really know what they are doing. A couple small things here and there and I would give them 5 stars.

This year I was tasked with selecting a carpet cleaning company to clean the hallway carpets for the 6 building co-op community I help property manage and after getting a few price quotes + meeting a few local companies in-person I knew these guys were right for the job. I not only wanted our hallway carpets cleaned but I also wanted to provide an option for our shareholders to get their own 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom unit carpets cleaned as well so we were able to successfully put together a discounted rate package for all who wanted to sign-up for their own cleanings. Jack and Victor put there all into making sure we were happy and our carpets look fantastic. They took about 8 business days to complete the building cleanings (6 buildings with 6 floors each) and an additional business week to complete nearly 40 apartment cleanings. Our shareholders all had positive feedback from their apartment cleanings and our hallways are looking fantastic. I plan on using their services again in a few months and maybe throwing in sofa/upholstery cleanings for our shareholders if there's an interest for that.

They also did cabinetry work beyond the kitchen and painted the entire apartment. The work was top notch with particular attention to detail and building code. And they diplomatically handled a less than helpful building super. Bonus #1: ask Frank's advice on paint color. His dad was in the paint business and so he knows his stuff. Bonus #2: his stone fabricator Anthony Nitti is a true artist. Make sure he does your kitchen counters. One small caveat: Frank is dependent on subcontractors whose schedules at times lead to work delays. Summary: do yourself a favor and consider Frank's Rasizzi's Christopher Interiors company for your next renovation job. We are glad that we did.

A few weeks ago my brother and I started working for this guy Nicholas Piccolino, and from day 1 I noticed certain red flags, like for example one time he couldn't finalize a contract after the homeowners had signed they had 3 days to cancel before the start date. So they did, they said they would reconsider and look at other offers, and Nicholas LOST IT, he completely went haywire trying to deposit the check before the customers could cancel it to "teach them a lesson" & "make them wait for a refund" every time he gets mad at a customer he gets extremely racist "effin indians this" or the "effin jewish that" but still we continued to work with him due to the need, and now he lost all his jobs and doesn't want to pay what he owes giving sad excuses mainly being that we (only 2 workers he had) owe him. Because we left 2 doors outside and they got water damage, mind you, we were supposed to come back the day after, but HE LOST THE JOBS FOR IRRESPONSIBLE, being inattentive, leaving his customers hanging trying to start a new job and leaving everything at current jobs as it was, he would call us and say "drop everything come here to this new job asap" I will be advising authorities but I would like to let everyone know because contractors like this take advantage of people who have no idea, Im pretty sure is not the first time he does something like this as he loves flaunting his connection to the authorities, I have a video of him clearly stating "if I want to not pay you I'll come over cause I know where you live, and punch you take all your stuff and still not pay you, and you know cops won't help I know every one of them." Like I said his main excuse why he won't pay is cause "we left some doors outside" mind you I took pictures of everything we did EVERY DAY, he knew those doors were outside because we were supposed to HANG THEM THE NEXT. he wants to claim his company hires the "best of the best" but the man was outside of pharmacies and home depots looking for extra hands even if they didn't know he just wanted to "speed the job to get the next check" so clearly his concern wasn't quality control it was always to get the next job, that's why he lost every job he had. He even sent me a picture of his bank account before he started giving me excuses he was negative a couple grand, what a coincidence that after he went negative he didn't like the work we did for him. Yet... he wanted to keep us working and WE HAD TO QUIT. Because we didn't want to keep working with someone who couldn't even pay what he already owed. This is only the tip of the iceberg with this abusive raging man. I have a video of him clearly stating the things he could do if he wanted to and not pay me still, but I'm planning on showing that on court if we get there idk if is illegal to post online, but this is for any future worker or customer of Nicholas Piccelino. To know the type of man he is. He hasn't paid till this day, and I will have to take him to court, spend time and energy because he's a boy in a man's body who can't handle the pressure of being a boss. I have pictures and videos I might post depending on what my attorney says is or isn't something that can be used against me. Like I sais this is only the TIP OF THE ICEBERG. This man is a horrible person.
