It did take a while but it was expected during Christmas and in their defense I told them I was in no hurry. It was necessary to contact them a number of times via email to get the design correct and their response was nearly immediate every time. It was a multiple person, multiple day to get things organized. It turns out the items never left the warehouse. Once we eventually received all the items, there were incorrect items and missing items. It is now 6 months later and this has not been rectified, so we are still missing tent covers and we still have the incorrect trolleys.
