Upon a recommendation of a friend I brought my vehicle to this establishment....I was met with courtesy, respect and confidence....the folks at Advanced Auto Service we're wonderful.... After having some not so nice experiences in the past with dealers and other outside service centers.....I must say it was a refreshingly nice experience and one that has brought me to give this review... On time, reasonably priced, honest (they won't sell something you don't need) and respectful auto service....can not ask for more....I will be returning in the future... Thank you Molli and everyone at Advanced... Vincent Mazzacone The Zen Works, LLC

John is actually a nice guy who cares about customer service and returns both phone calls and emails immediately. I went there for four tires (as well as inspection, oil change, etc.). John walked me through the tires available to me for my vehicle including any rebates offered by the respective companies with zero hard sell at all. It was a nice change from NYC garages I have used in the past, and I could really get used to it! If you are in the Ossining area and in need of auto care, do yourself a favor and use Powers- you won't regret it.
