This is the most dishonest repair shop I've ever been to. I brought my car there for two things…read more One, to get an inspection, and two, to have a trailer hitch installed but instead they took it upon themselves to do a number of other things without my approval racking up a bill of about $2,500 that should have been less than $200.00. It's called padding and it's not unusual. I might have considered doing it had they called me and let me know but they didn't and in fact I would not have done it since the car probably isn't worth that much, and on top of it, the women at the front desk was extremely rude, arrogant and self-righteous. However, I did managed to get about thousand dollars back from my credit card company and I could have gotten more but I felt a little bad for them since I used to be a mechanic and they did do the work but I never did anything like this when I worked as a mechanic. And the price was great! From my past experiences with them I totally trust the work they do and am very grateful for the really fast service. He found the issue, it was a warped brake issue that was dangerous!
