Asking for the repair of…read morea broken shade, Heather was not only super friendly and customer service oriented, she sent me a YouTube video to show how to take the shade down myself, so I wouldn't have to pay for them to come out to take it down. When I brought the shade to the showroom, I was greeted and listened to and got my questions answered very professionally. Expecting to have to leave the shade for repair, I was pleasantly surprised that the repair was done right there and then and when asking what I owed, I was told that I didn't have to pay anything. I recently had a minor malfunction with one of my blinds. I called Classic Window Coverings and Dakota was sent out to home to evaluate the malfunction. Dakota was able to resolve the problem very efficiently and restored the blind to working properly. I would highly recommend the Classic Window Coverings team!!!!!!!!!
