He filled a gap that even though his schedule as busy. When we moved on to Russ, the pre project manager, he answered every question, email, text I had and did it typically the day of. Diana was always helpful and warm. Now I don't know if it was because he was the person we dealt with the most, or it's just how good he is but Rudy is the best. They all have busy lives and jobs but Rudy went above and beyond what you would expect from a project manager. You expect the person fixing a problem to be a sub contractor but nope, it was Rudy. He is funny too. We got along great and he helped explain things many times. We didn't ask for anything fancy, standard things and sometimes I wish we did things different now, but those are all personal choices. They had so many options I felt a little overwhelmed choosing and just started making gut reactions. They would have changed them if I wanted, I am still happy with the outcome. I only offer one word of advice, construction clean up is way more than it lets on. It by far is the most negative thing I could say about the process. If You can hire someone do it. Rent a dump trailer if you can't hire someone, I promise it is worth it.
