If you want someone to over promise, under deliver and not finish the agreed upon job then look no further.
I will take some blame on this only in the fact that I paid too much of the total job price before all the agreed upon work was finished. Paul was supposed to do some additional work on my back yard has yet to be completed. He told me he did extra work on the front and put extra plants. He may have added extra plants but he never asked or talked to me about it. He also complained about a pile of dirt he did not see which was an extra load for him to remove. Then he added an extra sprinkler line to run a drip line he installed and said that was extra work. Nothing he did was added after he just changed what he thought he should do. And again he never talked to me about it, just completed the front then told me he would be back to sand and extend my deck once the rain stopped. That was weeks ago. He also said he was going to clean up my cypress trees, and redo the sprinkler control area . All of which were never done and supposed to be done when he came back to finish.
Now he does not respond to texts. read more
