We discussed what we wanted and a proposal was provided within 2 hours. The price was reasonable as I had gotten a proposal from another fence company. The only issue was that the crew showed up later than what we were told, but they did show up and complete the project as promised and built a beautiful fence.

Once they finally finished my fence it was not to the quality standards they speak to in their business model or during my initial visit with the owner. They didn't finish the job!! He showed some good photo examples of his work, and answered my questions well. Also chose him because his pricing was in the middle. His work speed is very fast and the quality of the wood he brought was overall great high quality, not perfect, but great. After completion my neighbor and I did point out a couple things we either wanted changed or fixed. Humberto stayed a few more hours to make those changes. The fence is fantastic and Humberto did a great job at a fair price. If you have any specific design needs, it's best to have it typed out with photos in messenger, and also review in person when the work starts. My neighbor and I went through 5 different contractor bids, and it's best to review carefully if you expect something specific such as "visible concrete vs hidden concrete", "panels touching ground vs not", "pressure treated vs cedar", "distance between posts", "amount of gap between panels", etc. Humberto Mora is Highly recommended!

My husband and I hired Alpha & Omega Construction for several projects over the course of about a…read moreyear after meeting with and getting bids from multiple contractors. We initially hired them for a bathroom remodel, followed by a single-floor bedroom addition and new Trex decking. As the work progressed, we also added several smaller projects, including cutting in and framing a new window, framing an interior hallway door, and building a side gate. Overall, we're very happy with their work. The addition, in particular, turned out beautifully and fits naturally with the rest of the house. Because the projects were completed in phases, the overall timeline was longer than we initially expected, though not necessarily due to Alpha & Omega. Hilder coordinated the projects and was easy to reach, providing clear, daily updates about what to expect. Antonio served as the on-site lead, and he and his crew were friendly, accommodating, and respectful of our space, especially since we were living in the home during construction. We are detail-oriented and made some design changes along the way, and they were flexible and willing to work with our architect on plan and permit updates as needed. Pricing was transparent and reasonable. We would definitely hire them again.

I was very happy ultimately with the work Alpha & Omega did for me; however, the reason I am giving…read morethem 5 stars is more for the follow through and follow up than the final product. I hired Alpha & Omega to build a gate at the front of our property. I quoted the job out and most-other folks were several multiples higher on the quote, such that, honestly, I questioned Alpha & Omega's ability to do a good job at what they were quoting me. They proved me wrong. They built a big, strong, attractive, heavy gate, wherein the hardware is installed straight and flush, everything is square - it looks and works great. Not the hardest job in the world, but that is the point: they did a relatively straightforward job well and at a reasonable price. Where Alpha and Omega set themselves apart though, for me, is when some issues arose after substantial completion - namely the inability of the gate to stay open with wind and the like because it is so large. When these issues arose, both Hilder, the owner I believe, and Antonio, who did the work primarily, were friendly, persistent and creative in their approach to solving the problem. They offered a warranty on the gate at the time of build, and came out, no questions asked, at least 3-4 times to troubleshoot and implement new solutions. Antonio came out on a Sunday to try to make things right actually. While one could say, or argue, that a 'better' outfit would have done the job right the first time, the reality is that there are very often issues regardless, and I believe you find out a lot about a company based on how they respond to those issues. I can tell that Alpha and Omega is out there doing their thing, trying to build a business. I was disheartened to come here and see they do not have great reviews. Provided you give these guys projects that are appropriate for their skill sets, and you are open to the possibility that there could be some issues to navigate, whether language issues up front, or maybe small issues after the fact to address, you will do fine here. Again, the most important thing is that these are guys who will stand behind their work. Would hire again and would recommend.
