Well, they broke the side venting kit and left my dryer venting to the inside of the dryer itself! A huge fire hazard. As I was trying to connect it back myself I noticed quite a bit of lint, so I pulled the pipes out just to find that my new LG washer/dryer was a used model. Update: Lee & Jack's eventually agreed to replace the unit.

They were super courteous and willing to move things twice at our destination when I was not sure where I wanted things to go. 6. They got done really fast, got rugs to lay down to protect our carpets from tracking and saved us a bunch of money. Called Rumpke immediately and instead of sending the driver back they are now scheduling a separate pick up 24 to 48 hours later. This presents a terrible look for me in the Tara Plantation Pointe community. Just another example of a lousy company with bad communication and a lack of concern for customer service.
