This facility was acquired by iStorage ( https://www.istorage.com/storage/ohio/storage-units-loveland/4100-US-Route-22-W-853 ) in December of 2021. I started my rental at the end of November 2021. They did not handle the transition of the account well. I had to come into the front office during work hours to straighten out the account problems. 15+ lockers were broken into on the weekend of 5 Feb 2022. Mine was one of them. Numerous maintenance issues. Security doors not closing properly, debris remining in the halls and parking bays for months. Both elevators were out of service on 28 Feb 2022. There are no stairs to get to the second level, therefore my locker was inaccessible on Monday and I had to make alternate arrangements to store my vehicle load of stuff until they get their facility repaired.
