That said, KB was able to satisfy both my wife and me with a splendid choice that we reserved on our first visit (we're just waiting until our new cabinets are installed so they can make an accurate measurement). We worked with Rey to accomplish our needs - on our way in we met another couple who were coming out, and they recommended Rey highly, that this was their 2nd order from KB / Rey. I'll update this review after the measurement and installation to let you know how things proceed!

Also, had a couple of other issues come up and even though John said he would address them we never heard back. Calls and texts go unanswered. I mentioned this to him when he did come to inspect the seam, which he said was because of the design, which is not true at all. He said he gets so many calls/texts it is difficult to answer them all. We love the countertops, just wanted a couple of things fixed or explained. Good products, great salesman, not so good at follow up after completion.

I decided to do an online search and came across Countertop Discounts. I filled out the brief form to be contacted. Within a few minutes Brandon called me. We went over our needs and budget and then I sent him over pictures of the old kitchen layout and measurements. He put us in contact with a few stone yards. We took his recommendation and met with one of the stone yard companies, found what we wanted and waited for the quote from the stone yard. It came it much higher than we thought. Brandon was determined to find a company that would work for us. We were so glad he did the legwork as it saved us headaches and money.

There was a 3/4-inch gap between the sink and the countertop on half of the edges of the sink, and I was afraid that if I didn't get that sink reattached, in the near future it would fall out. I sought repair quotes through Yelp, and Ryan Malloy, the owner of All Your Countertop Services, answered through Yelp messaging within minutes. He gave me a very reasonable quote and said he could come the very next day. I sent him photos and a detailed explanation of my repair situation, and he called me on the phone and talked to me about what would be required to fix my sink. The day of the appointment, he contacted me by both phone and text to give me a considerate heads up as to his exact time of arrival. While in my home, he did a deliberate, thorough job both to maximize the sturdiness of the adhesion of the sink to the countertop and to lessen as much as possible the amount of our exposure to the smelly glue necessary for repairing the sink. His diligence, competence, concern for our health, and full disclosure of every step of the procedure was an amazing degree of customer service I've never received from any service person before. My sink looks great, and I thoroughly recommend Ryan for any repair job of this nature that you might need. In addition to granite countertop installation and repair, he told me he can also do general handyman jobs (other than plumbing and electrical) as well. I will definitely be calling on him for all of my handyman needs from here on out.
