Darla is such a skilled esthetician--she took the time to assess my skin's needs and customized every step, from the exfoliating treatment to the soothing facial massage and mask layering. My skin felt completely renewed and glowing afterward! I honestly can't remember the last time I was that relaxed--I almost fell asleep! Her arm and hand massage melted all the tension out of my body. Darla is also very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on skin health and care, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely be back for another facial soon, and my husband can't wait for his upcoming back facial and stone massage! A wonderful experience all around. I have a feeling Darla will be booking up fast, so I'd call today and schedule your appointment--you won't regret it!

Perrysburg salons are way nicer and better with both stylists and pricing and get you in quick! I was booked an appointment here to only find out they wouldn't do my hair until 2 weeks later! I honestly just believe she didn't know how to do what I wanted on top of her judging me because of pricing because I'm young... I planned on tipping very very well for the services I received as well... please choose another salon this one's not it!

Having long hair, getting a good cut that doesn't chop off everything has always been scary. But Nicole was amazing !!! She's not only super talented (it looked better than what I had in mind), she's also incredibly friendly and makes you feel so at ease. This wasn't my typical cuts where the stylist is aloof or looking down on my hair choices and kind of treating me like an idiot. On the contrary, she made me feel so at home and not set conscious about any part of my haircut, she totally respected my vision and was such a sweetheart through it all. To top it off, I got a 25% off discount for having a referral-- if you're on the fence, message me and I can give you a referral for the same discount. It's totally worth it, I already made an appointment for a follow up that day itself which I've never done before

Let's just say she did not, she completely fried my hair, she didn't even rinse the dye out. Not only that it wasn't magenta, she said she didn't have it so she tried to mix the color. I ended up with purple. they said they talk to a manager and get back to me. When they got back to me, they offered me an appointment with more experienced stylus. I went in. She tried to fix it. She couldn't. She said there was nothing she could do and she was sorry, but she didn't feel comfortable putting any more chemicals on my hair . Keep in mind I'd already paid several hundred dollars for this process. I was told a manager would get back to me they never did. i'm sure for simple styles and haircuts or color. They're probably great. But if you can't do the fun colors, just tell a customer that upfront and don't lie to them. These hairstylist had no idea how to do an ombre. The first girl actually left blotches of white in my hair from the bleach. My husband who never notices my hair actually said to me on vacation why are there big spots of white in your hair.

When it was time for a touch up I scheduled with the same student because I knew she did great work. I had to schedule on a Saturday because of my work schedule, so it was scheduled 2 weeks out, no problem. I show up 2 weeks later on Saturday for my appointment and they tell me the student I scheduled with wasn't there and said they would put me with someone else. I said no thank you I'd like to stay with the same person, I rescheduled for a Saturday another 2 weeks away. The day of my appointment which was at 8:45, I get a call at 8:15 telling me the student isn't available and they want to reschedule. Absolutely not! Now I've been waiting a month and I'll reschedule for another 2 weeks to just have it happen again? I thought that part of this school was teaching professionalism? This definitely would not fly in a professional salon. I'd rather pay 3x the cost and have it done when I schedule than save some money and be rescheduled 3 times. A little more notice would be better for those they reschedule in the future.

At this point I still received no contact. I went in for a cut and color, and unfortunately the entire experience went very wrong. During the…read moreservice, my stylist made a noticeable mistake--there was a large chunk taken out of my hair. Instead of acknowledging it, she insisted it was just my eyes focusing on the contrast between colors. That response alone was frustrating, especially when the issue was clearly visible. The owner, Sarah, was brought over to fix it. She did address one side, but the other side was left uneven and still needed to be matched. Instead of completing the correction, she shifted her attention to her daughter, who also works there, and focused on doing her hair. When she returned to me, she simply said she had been working all day, was leaving, and that my cut would be complimentary. While I understand the gesture, I expressed that I didn't want a free service--I wanted my hair fixed. Unfortunately, there was no interest in making that happen. The appointment lasted five hours, and by the end of it, I was completely overwhelmed. I can have grace for a newer stylist making a mistake--what I can't overlook is the lack of accountability and professionalism. A simple acknowledgment and apology would have gone a long way. What was most disappointing was the owner's response. My husband called the next day on my behalf because I was so upset, and she never returned his call. Hair trauma is real. This experience has left me anxious and honestly afraid to trust another stylist. Very disappointing overall.
