When I reached out about booking, she answered any and all questions that I had and booked me through messaging, but she also has a really convenient online booking platform! Even though I only booked one service, she was flexible with her time and allowed me to add on at my appointment. At my appointment, she explained her processes and products to me. She made sure I was comfortable in her space, which of course I was, it was so calming and welcoming!! We went ahead and did a lash lift & tint and an eyebrow wax & tint. The services at Timber & Willow are fairly priced and super reasonable considering the high quality of waxes and tints used. I have super sensitive & fair skin and was amazed that the wax left me with minimal redness. That speaks for the quality itself! I definitely would recommend services here, over and over again, whether you're super blonde with light features like me, whether you've got dark & full futures that you're looking to accentuate, or whether you've got any hair you want removed. This is about all the good things I can say about it. I got there 10 minutes early and still had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment time. This was slightly frustrating since I drove down 30 minutes from Toledo. When I met with the permanent makeup artist, she was ill prepared. She had NO pictures of her past work. How do you expect me to let you basically tattoo my FACE without having photos of your work? No way! She said she could show me some on her computer when I came in to get the work done... seems a little backwards to me. She also did not do a patch test to make sure I wasn't allergic to the ink. From everything I've read about getting permanent makeup done, you get a patch test first. When I was getting ready to leave, she was trying to set up an appointment for me to get the procedure done. Yet she had no idea what her schedule was, and tried to set me up for an appointment time of another woman who MIGHT cancel. They just didn't seem to have their stuff together here, not very professional. Maybe if I was going in just to buy makeup or something it would be a nice place, but I would look elsewhere for permanent makeup.

I found the staff to be very professional and Chelsea did a fantastic and professional job of explaining the procedure. She also worked with my input on insuring the color and shape. It reminds me of Modern Italy and the ceiling was painted like a sky! The pedicure chairs were clean and had amazing massage options. I was pampered and so relaxed during my pedicure.

Jennifer did an amazing job so I went and had my hair cut there and was extremely satisfied! Then my daughters friend was told on Thursday that he needed to dye his hair back to "normal color" before Saturday and again Jennifer got him right in and did a flawless job! Not to mention how reasonable priced everything was! I love this salon!!
