We bought a house that needed a complete makeover so I had scoured the entire city online for the best contractors and sub-contractors. We interviewed 15 different companies who specialize in railing and the prices ran the gamut. Nick was the last person I had called and from the moment he walked in, he was very confident in his craft and work. He showed us some samples and was very helpful in recommending ideas that was completely unique from all the cookie cutter rails everyone else had shown us. He was so patient walking us through the process and making sure that each detail was precise. We were so impressed that we decided to have him build us our custom 11 foot front door. Since then, we've gotten so many compliments from our neighbors about the door. Nick absolutely cares about his work, the people he builds custom rails for and is absolutely courteous and respectful of his environment. When you want to deal with a responsible owner and not just a salesman who will give you "estimate", Nick would be the guy to go to. His prices are reasonable, honest and extremely dependable! read more

Custom Customs installed our courtyard gate about a month ago, and we couldn't be happier with the gate and the whole process! The entire team was so professional, responsive, and such a pleasure to work with...Garry came out to provide the quote and took the time to discuss our options and make some really great suggestions for our gate. Ellie is so pleasant and coordinated the approval process and the install. Nick and the team provided incredible customer service when doing the install of our gate...they went above and beyond and thoroughly cleaned the area and even fixed one of our loose paver steps for us!! The gate itself is beautiful...their craftsmanship is top notch! It was such a pleasure working with this company and we highly recommend them! read more

Gary was great! He's super friendly and very open about project time. You won't find a better place.

When it comes to custom they mean it! I knew I wanted a new fence for my property and the only problem was that everything I saw was just too plain, too mass produced, and questionable quality. I found a great design that I liked and they assured me they could produce it and at a reasonable price! I had seen their work on their web site and Instagram initially so I gave Nick, Robert, Gary and the rest of their team a shot. I wasn't disappointed! Six weeks later and my fence "idea" is now a reality and installed and I couldn't be happier! My home literally looks 20 years newer and everyone who has seen the fence complements on the design, quality and craftsmanship. Not to mention that my home value just increased too. Custom Customs - Carl and Lance, the installers for Custom Customs, were next level good...professional! Look at this custom gate!! Thank you. - Fences & Gates Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

I cannot express how impressed I was with this company. Custom Customs came highly recommended from a TON of neighbors in our community and you can rest assured they will get that recommendation from us as well. From our first meeting with Garry for design and quote, everything went phenomenally. He got us exactly what we had in mind. Garry took every phone call, made extra trips out here for questions or concerns He measured, measured again, and measured again just to make sure everything was going to look perfect. Ellie gets a high five on the email confirmations and updates throughout the process. Awesome communication. Carl and Lance were excellent on install day! On-time, cleaned up after themselves. They made sure I knew how the keypads worked and even answered my questions about what to do if I need to change the passcode. They also taught me about proper care for the gate. Carl even came back out to paint the bolts to match for us on his own time to make sure we were happy with the final product. Nick with the reassurance. To have an owner so involved is an amazing thing. Thanks to everyone. The product they produce has set the bar and the customer service is off the charts! You will not regret using this company. read more

I am thoroughly satisfied with the work from Custom Customs. I'd originally bought a security door from Lowe's for my front door. When I found out the frame of my door would have to be modified to fit within their standard measurements of their door, I returned it. I saw CC's ad on FB and reached out to them. Garry was prompt with coming out to do the estimate. He assured me the quality would be much better than the box store brands. That truly is an understatement. My doors look, feel, and just simply are incredible. Nick, the owner, was here for the installation. They are all a great team to work with and offered top notch service. I would highly recommend them if you want a quality product built for your home or any other iron works they offer. My door makes the box store doors feel like paper! Thanks Nick, Garry, Ellie, and all who took part in making my door! read more

They always deliver quality work and don't turn away custom work or small jobs that some places would not be interested in.

Awesome company, very responsive, did a specialty welding job and didn't overcharge me and great to deal with.

We highly recommend Nick and his Crew from Custom Customs! We've used Nick for two separate jobs. The pictured gate was a design suggested by Nick and subtly enhanced by our dialog back and forth. It came out perfectly! He and his fabricators and installation crews were fantastic to work with. Super Nice Guys! Great communication, very friendly and competitive pricing. We just received our door to our backyard fabricated by Custom Customs and could not be more pleased. I had a very unique vintage Lampost project that needed the damaged parts fabricated. No other metal fabrication company gave me the time of day. Custom customs listened, problem solved the complicated replacement of parts, and gave me a more than fair price. And a free t-shirt. The parts were finished and returned days later and it looks great. I installed the lamppost in my front yard and it's just beautiful. Staff and owner were great to work with and they even gave me a tour around the shop when I picked it up. Thanks for caring about the little guy, Custom Customs. I'll be back. read more

This fabrication business and their team I worked with (Nick & Gary) have to be the coolest, most thorough, talented, and accommodating professionals ever and it shows in their work and customer service. If I could give Custom Customs a new name, it would be AWESOME AWESOME!! They fabricated a half gate, French style security front doors, and a side yard pool gate all matching in design from a picture I found on line. Each came out even more beautiful and well made then the actual picture I gave them. I'm so very stunned and astounded by this company and their fabrication capabilities that Nick and I have already spoke about them doing another project for me. read more

Every now and then you encounter a true gem of a company, and you can't help but let the "world" know how good your experience was. Custom Customs is such a company. The HOA was on our back about being able to see the our garbage bin from the street. We needed a solid gate. My extensive research led to Custom Customs. From my first call with Nick, to Garry (with the 2 "R's"), who managed the entire project from start to finish, to the install team - the entire process was highly professional, with frequent communication and exemplary customer service. They escalated my order, never NOT took a call from me, and would constantly update me via text or email. Everyone should take lessons from these guys ... We LOVE what you did for us Garry and team- and so does the HOA - thank you! read more

Absolutely fantastic... That describes these guys and the quality of work they will do for you. As we all have learned at one time or another, Las Vegas contractors leave allot to be desired. They show up late (or not at all) and are only looking for the quickest buck with the least amount of work possible. They do not care if you're satisfied with their shoddy work. All they want is your money in their pocket - as fast as humanly possible. But, Custom Customs is refreshingly different... When I emailed a request for an estimate, they responded in less than an hour. When the date arrived, Garry (the estimator) called to confirm the address. Believe it or not, he actually showed up a little bit EARLY... Completely unheard of in the world of Vegas contractors! He truly was a great guy. Very personable and professional. After taking various measurements, he got what he needed. By early the next day, I had a very reasonable quote for the work to be done. There was a little bit of a lead time, but it just wasn't that big of deal. Good things come to those who wait... Once the fabrication process was about to start, I received a text message telling me so. This was just to let me know and to confirm that what they had was to my satisfaction. When the installation day arrived, I received a call letting me know they were on their way. They arrived on time and were ready to go. Garry came with the installation guys, Marken and Mando, just to make sure everything got started without a hitch. Both guys were very knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure a proper install would be the end result... Which it certainly was. I couldn't be more satisfied with their outstanding work. From the estimate to the finished product, they exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality, custom fabrication and installation. Keep up the good work! read more

All I can say is their work is AMAZING! My gate turned out exactly how I wanted and Nick and his crew have been awesome to work with.
