Beginning with using both the…read morewhite and yellow gold from my original ring and ending with a design that incorporated my vision. When she said she would make leaves out of the white gold, I trusted her confidence even though I couldn't imagine how she would do it. They're so delicate and catch the light like gemstones....adding to the sparkle. Thanks to her artistry it went beyond my expectations. I wanted a ring that was a reminder of what my marriage means....from the hint of a heart shape for love to organic sense of growth....it was all there in a small piece of wearable art. AND the topper, Jeweler's Workshop found the alexandrite stone I wanted to add to the ring. A stone energetically about change and joy. They found several for me to choose from. I will definitely be back to JW and Jackie. They listen, they create and they dream with you. Had to include some pics so you can see for yourself. The modeling one is for proportion....I'm not a hand model. LOL

After about two year, the center stone fell out and I was told by another jeweler that TWO prongs would have had to fail for this to happen. TDC would not honor this because it. had been 7 months since I had my ring checked. The ring was just a few years old and I worked in an office. I was not hard on my jewelry. I had to purchase another stone (why did I buy it again from them???) to fix. I know things can happen but when you build a ring and I pay for the stones, the least you can do is not have it fall apart. And if it does - stand behind it and make it right. I had to make a claim on my homeowners who nearly dropped us for such a large claim. I sent a letter to the owner and naturally received zero response. Decided to never go back and we took all our spending elsewhere. We moved our business from TDC to Goodman's where we purchased many new pieces over the years. Now we live closer to Oconomowoc and go to a local shop where the jeweler is on site and they do stand behind their work.

I picked it up and it looked absolutely beautiful. Update: ended up needing it resized. I left Tricia a voicemail and she got me in the next day to drop it off and they had it ready in five days. Again, meeting my sharp deadline! I've been completely satisfied with a diamond center so far!

Not to mention their whole team is awesome. I mainly worked with Taryn and she was amazing and was very helpful with sorting out the questions and finalizing my particular customizations I wanted. Alisa was very nice assisting with the initial visit and assisting when Taryn was out. I had the best experience ever and I'm thankful that I bought from this location. The whole team needs a raise, especially Taryn and Alisa deserve one though because they took the most time sorting everything out and helping work through all the hassles of the work flow. Taryn was exceptional helping me find something that I loved that also fit my style too, big props to her she definitely deserves a bonus and employee of the month. it's only fair because she helped me with my SpongeBob bracelet. I highly recommend, pleasantly surprised and highly satisfied with my purchase and the entire experience. They were down to earth, helpful, kind, supportive, fast and very efficient.. not to mention they took extra time to research and prepare a lot of extra stuff when I was looking/shopping for options. 11/10 you will not be disappointed. Give Taryn and Alisa a raise.. NOW! that's the only reason my rating is not 100/10 Ps if you don't give Taryn and Alisa more money on their paycheck i will find a way to tell everyone not to shop here anymore so you better do it. You should really really really do it (give Taryn and Alisa more money please) -Thank you in advance
