They never bothered to inform me that they might be running behind. I could understand that. The only way I could secure the repair status was to physically go to the repair desk. Their first excuse was my snowblower work order was put behind generators that came in after my snowblower. The response I got was "well, it didn't snow"....Well I don't think we lost power. When I visited the store recently to check the status I was told that NOW, my snowblower repair is behind lawn mowers that came in weeks after my snowblower. Unbelievable. I guess if I wait long enough, my work order will be superseded by leaf blowers. Unacceptable customer service. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

The extra fees are outrageous charging for non-valet trash, community electricity, and a monthly Conservice fee that added up quickly. There's also a constant feeling of being watched, and even my visitors felt uncomfortable coming over. I had issues with packages for my newborn being placed in the Luxer box, and after being told early on not to worry about adding him to the lease, I was later asked to provide identification for my infant, which made no sense. Belinda in particular has a very snarky, pushy tone and does not know how to speak to people respectfully. To top it off, when I tried to address concerns, the assistant property manager opened a call by asking if my email was written by AI, very rude and unprofessional. My rent was always paid on time and in full, yet the experience was stressful and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend, I regretted signing this lease with this company.
