Belinda in particular has a very snarky, pushy tone and does not know how to speak to people respectfully. To top it off, when I tried to address concerns, the assistant property manager opened a call by asking if my email was written by AI, very rude and unprofessional. My rent was always paid on time and in full, yet the experience was stressful and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend, I regretted signing this lease with this company.
