She made great suggestions for making small changes to our house plans that made everything work so much better.. From the beginning we felt so comfortable with Jenna. We had a really tight budget and Jenna has no snobbery- she didn't care where we purchased our furnishings but she guided us to great choices. She showed up for every meeting, I would prepare my questions to save time and she was so helpful. Despite a pregnancy and then a new baby as we went through this process she continued her tremendous support.i it certainly wasn't always easy for her. If a meeting wasn't possible she would always respond to emails and her charges were always reasonable. We would recommend her in a minute- she has made the whole process so much less stressful!

I went to the place where I had bought my blinds, but they didn't have all the parts I needed, and they weren't accustomed to selling parts; only providing repairs. The parts I did get them to sell me were unexpectedly high. I started trying other Hunter Douglas locations. In my search, I stumbled across this gem! Lizzy Moorhouse was so pleasant and helpful. She was knowledgeable about my blinds, which had been discontinued. Although they didn't carry all of the parts anymore, she offered me a solution and I walked away with everything I needed to get my blind working perfectly again. AND their prices were lower than expected! After all my hours of learning how my blind worked, researching the parts, then searching for parts (and time and money wasted with the grommets that weren't long enough for the thickness of the blind), I wish I had found this business FIRST. I hope my review will help someone else check them out when needing parts (and great service)! Thanks again, Lizzy! Spirits lifted; sanity intact! :)
