We liked the quality of the materials, the quick ordering time and the ease of assembling everything. We installed a new island and replaced the doors on the other cabinets. Assembling new cabinets was straight forward. Installing new doors on our existing cabinets was not difficult but took a little more time in aligning the doors. We love our new kitchen and saved thousands doing this ourselves. We are very happy we saw the SNAP Cabinets ad on Facebook and met Eileen.

Awlridge has a great crew - a trusted team, very professional, knowledgeable along with quality workmanship. They are very respectful of your home and time. They did a great job keeping the project rolling and came in on budget. We also had them replace the tiles in our kitchen and again an excellent outcome. We would highly recommend Awlridge Renovations for any renovation project. They were a pleasure to work with and always made themselves available for any questions or concerns. For sure, one of the better renovation companies out there. M. Lenz

Since they were let go, we've had an independent contractor evaluate the work and he was appalled. Service Master was assigned to the insurance claim & they recommended using World Floor Coverings, to replace the floors. My husband & I went to the showroom for World Floor Coverings & met with Mike the owner & Lauren the interior designer. Mike was fantastic to deal with, Service Master sent him over the measurements of our flooring. Mike asked us questions of what type of flooring we were looking, are usage, lifestyle, etc.. Mike was fantastic at answering all of our questions & making suggestions. Mike then introduced us to Lauren the interior designer. She was great. We had brought in a sample of the old flooring & pictures of our home. Lauren helped us figured out, what type of flooring would be best for our family & look amazing in our home. Lauren was also great at asking us questions & answering all of our questions too. On the day of install, Val installed the flooring. Val does beautiful work. His work was very clean, neat & professional. He did a fantastic job. He's a true professional. My husband & I absolutely love our new floors. We are so happy, with our choice. When we go to finish our basement, we will for sure be using WFC for the floors. Oh and the new floors, are dog approved by Jake & Marley. Thank-You to the team at World Floor Coverings!

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from this business, specifically from an…read moreemployee named Cody. My initial experience--purchasing kitchen flooring--was fine, which gave me the confidence to return for additional flooring for my living room. That was a mistake. I received a quote for the flooring and asked for a quote on installation. Cody said he'd get back to me but never did. I waited over a month, then called and texted just to get the name of the flooring so I could move forward with my renovation--which has now been delayed for months. I never received any response. No return call. No text. Nothing. This level of disregard for a paying customer is completely unacceptable. It shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. Once the sale was made, it became clear that follow-up and service were not a priority. I regret spending my money here and would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.
