There were other cars pulling up and there was an issue with the payment system but he was unphased and got the situation straightened out. I appreciate him a bunch for his help! As we were going to their free vacuuming service, one of the employees, Kenneth, noticed that all the bugs wasn't off. His exact words were "Rental or your personal vehicle, we will take care of you." I cannot be more thankful for that customer service as we got a free rerun through the wash. But when I was charged 7+38!?! What in the world!!!Mind you I washed my motorcycle, so it shouldn't have been that long to even accumulate that high of a charge! The location is very clean in all areas and the level of customer service has improved so much that I was pleasantly surprised. I paid for the full service and it was completed perfectly.
