I started going to this Gym about a month ago and loved it, I went almost every day. Then last week…read morea man tried following me into the locker room. He was leaving the men's locker room, saw me, stopped and stared, and then walked away. I thought it was strange but didn't want to overthink it so I just went into the locker room. Then when I was walking out of the locker room about a minute later he was trying to push the door open as I was pushing it to leave. I asked him what he was doing and he just stared at me and wouldn't move. I reported this to the staff on shift, I identified him on the camera and told her what happened, she was helpful and understanding. She asked me to talk to the owner on the phone to tell her what happened. The owner, Chris, stated "well maybe he was just admiring you" and "I wouldn't get too upset, we can give him a verbal warning", she obviously did not take me seriously and was insinuating that I was a dumb little girl. I am 25 years old. I no longer felt safe going to the gym so I went back today to see if they had fired him as a member, and they hadn't so I decided to cancel my membership, I had to call her to get approval to cancel. She stated "He has been a member for 15 years" and, "I think you are just looking for a reason to cancel your membership". I told her this was not at all the case, I loved going to the gym there until this situation and she continued to say "You are just looking for a reason to cancel". As if someone would make this situation up to cancel their membership. The owner is extremely unprofessional, doesn't listen to or respect other women, and is not someone you should do business with. I hope this situation doesn't happen to anyone else, or worse because she will not believe a word you say. Who knows how many other people have experienced this situation and she just blew them off. This man is still a member of the gym, and Chris is not doing anything about it. Be careful.

Wow! This Crossfit gym and its instructors are nothing short of spectacular. The gym has everything…read moreyou need to be successful in your journey to a healthier lifestyle. Tina and Corissa are both super knowledgeable instructors, this definitely is apparent with their daily workout routines. It's tough and you will be pushed to the max, however, the community, as well as the instructors, are all here to support each other. There are monthly nutrition challenges as well as other types of challenges for folks to tackle with a team or individually. This is one of many reasons why I truly enjoy this place, there is no "Crossfit cult" like environment that many other places have. I mean, if there is one, it's the most positive and supportive environment I've ever experienced. It's definitely addictive and not for everyone, but if you like to work hard and get results - I would highly encourage doing a trial run with them. It was the best decision I've ever made. Having said that, if you truly put in the effort each and every day - you will...I mean, you really really will see the changes you are hoping to see. I promise you that. I know, because I've seen them myself. Come out and have fun working out :)

The instructor did a great job motivating and giving proper instruction on correct form and what muscle groups we were working. The class was very diverse, some were beginners and others who work out on a regular basis. I joined for the month which includes open gym, and unlimited classes ( not a ton of equipment, but everything you need for sure)! It's the best gym in the area, trust me, I checked them all out!
