Tina and Corissa are both super knowledgeable instructors, this definitely is apparent with their daily workout routines. It's tough and you will be pushed to the max, however, the community, as well as the instructors, are all here to support each other. There are monthly nutrition challenges as well as other types of challenges for folks to tackle with a team or individually. This is one of many reasons why I truly enjoy this place, there is no "Crossfit cult" like environment that many other places have. I mean, if there is one, it's the most positive and supportive environment I've ever experienced. It's definitely addictive and not for everyone, but if you like to work hard and get results - I would highly encourage doing a trial run with them. It was the best decision I've ever made.
