I would just like to express my dissatisfaction with riegelman chiropractic right on hey 60 in slinger. They are total scam artists: when paid cash (which was often due to a tip income job) did not provide me with a receipt. Haven't been to Paul riegelman since 2016; and back in 2017 early year they came after me saying I still owed (even though I knew I paid every time) I still went in and gave them more money because I did not want to be sent to collections and I wanted them off my ass, they said "you are all paid off" and I was on my merry way come to now early 2018 and same thing happens again. I talked to an office lady named Rose on the phone where she verbally attacked me immediately saying that I have an outstanding balance that's excessively late from 2016 and that "your aunt can even confirm that you didn't pay everytime" when actually yes my aunt was with me every single visit due to being a valued client as well and she can confirm that I paid every time and mainly with cash. This lady was extremely unprofessional for the way she acted and for bringing my family into this. All they want is your money. And they will sit there saying they have sent out a statement each month in the mail for the last 2 years when in reality they just send them out when their tight on money. I received 2 in the past 2 years, 1 of which I acted on went in and paid them more, and now 1 of which that I will provide my lawyer with to handle this for all of the emotional stress they've put on me. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PAYING YEARS DOWN THE ROAD FOR THEIR MISTAKES OF LOSING CASH PAYMENTS. I have been going to Dr. Paul for over 10 years and wouldn't ever go anywhere else! He is so caring and his staff is just as good. Rose always found a way to get my family in for an appointment regardless of my kids crazy schedules. They truly go out of the way. I see this other review and it couldn't be more false. When my husband lost his job and we had financial concerns, Dr. Paul worked with us so we didn't have to stop care because of payment. I have a few other friends/parents I have referred over the years and the clinic's first priority is your healthcare, not the dollar. And I have personally not had, or ever heard, someone Not offer a receipt. They offer it even if you don't want it. You have to force them to throw it away for you. LOL! Don't want to think of what the medical doctors would have tried to have us take and what they would have charged! My kids will be the first to tell you, all they need is one of Dr. Paul's adjustments! (and some suckers). read more
