Every piece of equipment with a cable is loose and stretched out which reduces range of motion and therefore the effectiveness of your workout as well. All joints and pulleys are in need of lubricant. All are easy things to fix. On a lighter note If you ever miss your grandmothers old lady perfume just come in during the morning hours. Holy moly there are a couple ladies who will exercise your sense of smell!

The smaller kids area was on the left and on the right was like the more Advanced adult side. My kids enjoyed every bit of their time here. The coaches were very patient and friendly with both my kiddos. I loved that they pushed them a little more to keep them motivated to keep trying on obstacles that they couldn't get the 1st time. I could watch them the entire time and was able to see their progress and movement while they were on each course. Such a fun experience especially if you're trying to keep your kids busy during summer. The kids did leave with sore hands but that just shows that they had a lot of fun. We will be joining another class again soon.

I started going there to train for OCR races and I ended up signing up with the gym to run around 5 of them so far. Ive also got a bunch of friends to start coming and even run some races too. When I went in early to use the pass and workout, the man at the front desk was incredibly rude and gave me a hard time. I was honestly appalled that they would have someone with that attitude working the front desk. If they want to try to get new members to join, they might want to think about having someone nicer and more approachable working the front desk. Absolutely awful.
