I have my labs done every year prior to coming in so they can have time to read the results and I don't have to make an additional trip. As usual, here is sit because they haven't read my labs. First question I asked walking into the exam room based off of years of ineptness. Sorry, sir, they haven't been looked at yet but we will right now. That's after sitting in the waiting room for 35 minutes beyond my appt time. These people are always slow and never prepared for a patient. Loathe entirely in my best Grinch voice.

My husband went, and loved him. So my husband sent me. I LOVE THIS MAN. He listens, he is attentive, he checks and double checks. I have had chronic anemia, he hunted for a reason, unlike 3 other Dr who just handed me pills. More importantly, he listened to me about pain and other symptoms and sent me to a specialist. It turns out I had a fairly serious autoimmune disease, other Dr blowing me off has allowed for permanent damage. I would not have been diagnosed correctly if it was not for Dr Carr. He gave me so much back, by being an awesome Dr. If I call in the morning with an issue some always get back to me. If I need to get in, they have same day appointments. .

I made an appointment and it…read moretook 3 months to get in just to find out the day I got there my appointment had be canceled because I didn't answer my phone for confirmation calls and texts (that I never got.) They had given my appointment time taway to someone else. The front desk lady was very rude! I was mind blown at how rude she was that I didn't even make another appointment. It was such a turn of and very obvious customer service does not matter at all here. I guess when you have all the patience you need why treat people nice. It was very disheartening because I really wanted to see Dr. Sifuentes.

We switched to almouie (2+ years ago now) because they answered the phone, got us in in a reasonable timeframe, and were kind. We were very happy at almouie. They're still kind, but everything else has gone downhill. They never ever answer the phone. I've waited for over 30 minutes while it rang and rang. They recently hired out a call service but they're not able to do much but call the clinic too (and they can't get the clinic to pick up either), and I feel uncomfortable giving my child's personal info over to a 3rd party that's not part of the medical office and honestly doesn't sound like they're based in the USA (every call has been answered by a foreigner with a very thick accent). I was hoping they would fix this, but I guess it's time to look for another pediatric office. All I want is good communication, trustworthy with my kid's personal information, and smooth appointment visits.

No blood work, no exrays, nothing but a throat swab or 2. We pay a thousand dollars a month for crap insurance and still get billed every time we go to the doctor. This is stupid. It's a crime. i never could get anyone to call me back or make referrals in a timely manner. had to travel to the Portland location for our locations negligence and they didn't even document that they made the appt. filling formal complaints at this point because this seems to be fruad or something. we didn't even get decent care. so many charges for things that didn't take place. don't know how they can get away with this.

Not a good doctor for those who work as it's hard to get the phone answered to even make an appointment. I had nice experiences with the staff while being seen. Getting prescriptions refilled can be a challenge. I was out of birth control and had an appointment for a follow up scheduled the next month and they told me I would have to wait so that was inconvenient and messed up my body.

His wife who is the office manager is the rudest human being, and it seems as that rubs off in her staff. They never answer the phone and if you ever need a script filled good luck! They will immediately put you on hold if they ever answer the phone and will take forever to get back to you with your concerns or questions. I had called in once before from suffering from a migraine for a week. I couldn't tough it out anymore and asked that they send in a medication to the pharmacy (sumatriptan nasals or injection). Mind you this is my PRIMARY CARE Physician. Was told by the receptionist because I have never been treated for my migraines there that they couldn't send anything. My medical records at that office reflect chronic migraines...but they still wouldn't help. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
