They don't check you in, they tell you to scan a bar code and then you scan your license and insurance. It might be efficient but it certainly is an annoyance. An elderly woman who came in after me was completely overwhelmed by the self check in. The facility itself looks very neglected, peeling paint, no floorboards, cracked stucco, it just felt unclean. I would not choose this facility again.

The part that I'm highly dissatisfied with is that during this visit i was asked to empty my pockets of everything in them into a small lock box and I could either lock it and take the key with me or leave it unlocked at this point I myself made a poor decision and left the keys inside the box and just shut the lid and followed the nurse down the hallway to the bathroom. This took approximately 2 minutes and when we returned there was a male who was in the room where the lockbox was located and at this point I started thinking to myself about my belongings that I had left in the unlocked box so I went straight to the box to retrieve my belongings and the box was locked now I'm really concerned because I know that I had left the keys in the box and just shut the lid. So the nurse and I had to pry the box open in order to get the keys out so that I could unlock it. At this point I grabbed my belongings out and it appeared that everything was there so when I left it all started making no sense to me and was just to fishy of why he was in this room when we came back and why was the box locked because I know I left it unlocked so I then pulled my cash that I had put into the box out of my pocket and noticed a significant amount of cash was missing. At this point I made several phone calls before I got someone to answer and when the same guy who was in that room answered the phone he sounded surprised about me calling and asking to speak with whoever was in charge. He then put me on hold for about 3 or 4 minutes before getting back on the phone and telling me she was busy. Well approximately 10 minutes later I received a call back from the nurse who had collected my drug / alcohol screening samples and she was very polite and remembered the whole situation except for the guy in the room and when I explained to her that they were talking about another patient's insurance she remembered that he was in there. So I told her about it all and she said she was going to get with her manager and that they would get back with me. Well later that afternoon I got a call back from her saying that her manager would be contacting me about the situation. Well 2 days later I called back up there because no one had called me back. The next day I get an email from the manager asking my side of the event and she said that she would get with her HR and operations manager and get back with me. Well I have called and emailed back and it's been two weeks now and not a response or call back from anyone. So this is very unprofessional from the whole staff who works at this place.

I have my labs done every year prior to coming in so they can have time to read the results and I don't have to make an additional trip. As usual, here is sit because they haven't read my labs. First question I asked walking into the exam room based off of years of ineptness. Sorry, sir, they haven't been looked at yet but we will right now. That's after sitting in the waiting room for 35 minutes beyond my appt time. These people are always slow and never prepared for a patient. Loathe entirely in my best Grinch voice.

My husband went, and loved him. So my husband sent me. I LOVE THIS MAN. He listens, he is attentive, he checks and double checks. I have had chronic anemia, he hunted for a reason, unlike 3 other Dr who just handed me pills. More importantly, he listened to me about pain and other symptoms and sent me to a specialist. It turns out I had a fairly serious autoimmune disease, other Dr blowing me off has allowed for permanent damage. I would not have been diagnosed correctly if it was not for Dr Carr. He gave me so much back, by being an awesome Dr. If I call in the morning with an issue some always get back to me. If I need to get in, they have same day appointments. .
