Getting prescriptions refilled can be a challenge. I was out of birth control and had an appointment for a follow up scheduled the next month and they told me I would have to wait so that was inconvenient and messed up my body.

It takes WEEKS (in one specific case, MONTHS) for basic referrals or prescriptions for necessary medical supplies to be issued. You cannot get this office on the phone, all you get to do is leave a message and hope they actually call back, which the never do. The only time we can get a call back is if we are scheduling an office visit. The rest of the staff is very rude and unprofessional. While my parents enjoy Dr. Curtis, I would not recommend him to anyone, just based off of his staff and the disorganization of the rest of his office.

We switched to almouie (2+ years ago now) because they answered the phone, got us in in a reasonable timeframe, and were kind. We were very happy at almouie. They're still kind, but everything else has gone downhill. They never ever answer the phone. I've waited for over 30 minutes while it rang and rang. They recently hired out a call service but they're not able to do much but call the clinic too (and they can't get the clinic to pick up either), and I feel uncomfortable giving my child's personal info over to a 3rd party that's not part of the medical office and honestly doesn't sound like they're based in the USA (every call has been answered by a foreigner with a very thick accent). I was hoping they would fix this, but I guess it's time to look for another pediatric office. All I want is good communication, trustworthy with my kid's personal information, and smooth appointment visits.

They had given my appointment time taway to someone else. The front desk lady was very rude! I was mind blown at how rude she was that I didn't even make another appointment. Requests for DME rarely get to the doctors or people that can authorize them. I went for a fall in November that was TOTALLY ignored because at the same time Cancer was discovered - it was a fight to get my back/hip issues looked at. This place isn't even "Good enough for government work" worthy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
